| ANIMALS ARE SAVED WHILE UNBORN BABIES ARE DESTROYED! |
 Conservative Patriots, Can you believe that a large number of elected officials care more about the lives of animals than the lives of babies? A bill strictly prohibiting "animal crushing," The Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture Act, recently passed the United States Senate unanimously. That's right. UNANIMOUSLY. Measures like this prohibit "conduct in which one or more living non-human mammals, birds, reptiles, or amphibians is purposely crushed, burned, drowned, suffocated, impaled . . ." Yet every day in America, living children are crushed, poisoned, impaled and brutally dismembered in their mothers' wombs. If the United States Senate can speak with one voice on animal cruelty and torture, it should certainly be able to do the same in response to human cruelty and torture. And many members want to. But they need your help, because they face fierce and - frankly - inexplicable opposition from Democrats, who consistently vote to kill these babies instead of protect them. With Republicans in the majority in both Houses of Congress and the Presidency, this is our best opportunity since Roe v. Wade to pass meaningful legislation to curb abortion - the cruel and inhumane slaughter of children in their mother's wombs. But with the 2018 elections on the horizon, coupled with a volatile political environment, this door of opportunity may not be open long. WE MUST ACT NOW!!! "Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making the most of the time, because the days are evil." - Ephesians 5:15-16 The Dismemberment Abortion Ban Act (H.R. 1192) which has been introduced and referred to the House Judiciary Committee would address precisely this issue. H.R. 1192, "The Dismemberment Abortion Ban Act," would amend federal law to protect unborn babies from a cruel and tortuous death by "clamps, grasping forceps, tongs, scissors or similar instruments that, through the convergence of two rigid levers, slice, crush or grasp a portion of the unborn child's body in order to cut or rip it off or crush it." The penalty for abortionists under this law would be fine and/or imprisonment, and women whose babies are thus tortured will be permitted to bring civil litigation as reparation for the dismemberment of their children. Passage of this bill is absolutely essential! But it won't happen if we don't act. I said "we," because it won't happen without you. It is simply unconscionable if we let "The Dismemberment Abortion Ban Act" languish in committee without a vote. Congress must hear from us, so that we can equip Republicans - whose platform stands in firm opposition to abortion - to show their pro-abortion opponents that we stand on the side of life. Tell Congress enough is enough!!! Please sign the petition urging House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte to give us a vote on "The Dismemberment Abortion Ban Act" today. Passing "The Dismemberment Abortion Ban Act" would be one of the greatest victories for the pro-life movement at this point in our history! Let's do our part!
