Two articles further confirm the 5:32 video below as to effectiveness along San Diego sector that walls, adequate manpower, and technology can be 98 - 99% effective against illegal alien incursions. The media and political elites in D.C. have said walls are not effective for 4 decades. However, two articles not from establishment media 

provide a different, more realistic  perspective.
