The War For Our Mind & Soul Continues
Subject: Your Morning Intelligence Brief (December 22nd, 2017)
Ed Note:
We're just a few days before Christmas and have to say this has been quite the year with the election and the transformation of America from communist control to populist control. Nationalism will prevail and we have Christ on our side. We will defeat evil that lurks in Washington D.C. and we WILL "Make America Great Again."
You will be faced, once again, with friends and family that hate what you stand for and being well informed on the issues, is the weapon you have in-order to counter the crazy lies from the Left. The Left is in a meltdown and it's gonna get worse for them....
I wish you all a very safe and Merry Christmas.
---Dave Bertrand
Note: A great recap of what the criminal Left can expect in 2018
Judge Declares Mistrial In Bundy Case, Says Government Willfully Withheld Evidence
As AZCentral.com reports, Navarro cited five key pieces of information that prosecutors did not disclose: records about surveillance and snipers at the Bundy Ranch; unredacted FBI logs about activity at the ranch in the days around the standoff; threat assessments about the Bundys dating to 2012; and internal affairs reports about the BLM.
Navarro stopped short of dismissing charges against the four men. It is unclear whether the case will be retried because Navarro did not rule whether the mistrial was with or without prejudice.
Navarro suspended the trial two weeks ago and warned of a potential mistrial after prosecutors for the first time disclosed several documents that appeared to support defense claims about the government's use of video surveillance and sniper teams during the standoff.
Prosecutors have long maintained the FBI was not involved in the standoff and that no video surveillance or sniper teams were used. They charged defendants with making false claims about snipers and videos to incite militia in the runup to the standoff.

Overnight, Bank of New York Mellon said it had frozen $22.6 billion in assets held by Kazakhstan’s National Oil Fund in a rare move that escalates a legal battle between the government and a Moldovan investor. According to Reuters, Moldova’s Anatolie Stati and his companies had earlier won damages against the Kazakh government, and his pursuit of payment has resulted in some 40% of the oil revenue-supported fund being frozen. Putting the freeze in context, it is roughly equivalent to 17% of Kazakh GDP.

The news that Apple throttles iPhones that have old batteries will reinvigorate the right to repair debate as the movement enters a crucial year. Third party repair shops say they’ve already seen an uptick in customers asking for battery replacements to speed up their slow phones, and right to repair activists who are pushing for state legislation that will make third party and self repair more accessible say Apple’s secrecy about this behavior will give them a powerful rallying message.

To those not acquainted with the multifaceted narrative of President John F. Kennedy’s assassination, the idea that US intelligence was somehow involved sounds like wild speculation — an alternative reality deserving of the pejorative label “conspiracy theory.” But to those more familiar with the facts surrounding the case, and knowledgeable about the formation and history of operations of the various intelligence agencies — particularly the CIA — this doesn’t seem so far-fetched after all.

Conservative Review What our immigration system really looks like Yesterday, the Department of Homeland Security posted the annual Yearbook of Immigration Statistics for 2016, and it appears that Obama's promise to fundamentally transform America didn't disappoint. Here are some key details and observations of the report: Near-record numbers: In 2016, DHS issued 1,183,505 green cards, the most of any year during Obama's presidency.
