Subject: Your Morning Intelligence Brief (December 4th, 2017)

Ed Note:

The Tarmac meeting at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport west ramp on June 27th, 2016 involving Bill Clinton and DoJ Loretta Lynch is now a major issue involving (of course) what was said during the 20 to 25 minute visit with Bill Clinton inside Lynch's private jet, but what is more disturbing is the revelation.... FBI Washington wanted to know (or still wants to know) who the initial leaker was that notified ABC Network New York about the meeting. The FBI suspects it was one of the Phoenix Police Motorcade officers assigned to either the Clinton or Lynch motorcade. "They want to destroy his career." 

That fact raises some interesting concerns as to why the meeting was suppose to remain secret since it was a well known fact that Lynch was in Phoenix to discuss the United Nations Global Police initiative to basically "Federalize" all police agencies nationwide and Bill Clinton was supposedly invited to Phoenix by a real estate tycoon. Sure !! 

The discussion between Clinton and Lynch was well scripted for the public, stating they talked about grand children and Bill Clinton's golfing that day in Phoenix, which another source reporting to ABC15 Phoenix stated, "Bill Clinton did not play golf while he was in Phoenix." 
 
Just the fact the FBI (Judicial Watch) FOIA records indicate the FBI on July 3rd 2016 were overly concerned about who leaked the meeting on the Tarmac to a major news network is absolutely hilarious, given the fact, God and everyone saw the two...including the PHX Control Tower. The FBI is citing the leak to FakeStream Media (ABC New York) as a National Security violation and created a dangerous environment for a former President and the DoJ Director. GIVE ME A BREAK !!

Bottom line....NOBODY was to know the two met in Phoenix because it was obvious to ANYONE that saw the meeting, or heard about the meeting, would immediately know it was illegal and an obstruction of justice. As a result of that meeting (a few days later), FBI Comey basically exonerated Hillary Clinton of any wrong doing, while at the same time...Comey described how wreckless and careless Hillary Clinton was with confidential emails and a private server, while withholding 33,000 emails, bleach bit cleaning her hard drive and the smashing of iPhones with a hammer (approved by the FBI no less). WHAT PLANET ARE WE ON???

The criminal acts by all involved are over-the-top and it appears the "new sheriff in town" is about to unleash congress on these morons....

Loretta Lynch & former President Bill Clinton meet at Sky Harbor International Airport
Tuesday, June 28th
10:14 a.m.: Department of Justice officials receive e-mail that ABC15 learned about the tarmac meeting.
12:05 p.m.: Lynch’s news conference scheduled to begin in Phoenix.
12:45 p.m.: Lynch’s talking points on how to handle questions from ABC15 regarding the secret meeting are finalized via e-mail

Former president delayed Phoenix takeoff to snare '20-25 minute encounter' with Attorney General


According to the source, the FBI agents protecting Lynch “knew former POTUS was in town and another executive was coming and knew Lynch was coming so we knew there’d be congestion. We were waiting for her plane to touch down at the executive terminal area of Phoenix’s Sky Harbor where it’s best suited to control. Clinton’s plane was on the ground already. But he wasn’t there. We had been hoping to get him out before she arrived, just to avoid too much traffic. They [their planes] were 75 yards apart. We have a procedure we do to clear [space for] a motorcade. As we were ready to receive her, I saw the other motorcade coming in—we were like, ‘great timing.’ ”

The source was being sarcastic in saying “great timing,” indicating that it would have been better logistically for Clinton’s plane to take off before Lynch’s arrived, to avoid the congestion of two motorcades on the tarmac at once. The source indicated that Clinton’s people at the airport didn’t know what was taking Clinton’s motorcade so long to arrive and speculated that the delay was engineered specifically so that Clinton would not have left before Lynch arrived.

10 people arrested after journalist who exposed Panama papers corruption killed in car bomb

Maltese police have arrested ten suspects in the murder of journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia, prime minister Joseph Muscat has announced, almost two months after her car was blown up in an apparent targeted assassination. All of those arrested are Maltese nationals and most have a criminal record, the PM said at a press conference on Monday morning. The police have 48 hours to question the suspects, arraign them or release them.

The NSA has never taken its evidentiary obligations seriously. The agency is supposed to inform the court and defendants if surveillance-derived evidence is being used against them. (And it's actually supposed to hand over the evidence as well.) This just doesn't happen. The NSA encourages parallel construction to obscure the true source of evidence used in court cases. The FBI's access to Section 702 collections makes this much easier. It allows the FBI to present NSA evidence as its own, heading off any scrutiny of the NSA's programs and collection methods.

Former Yemeni President Saleh has been killed

Reports have flooded in that in the intense battles which saw Houthi fighters re-take parts of the Yemeni capital of Sana’a, former President Ali Abdullah Saleh has been killed. These reports have now been confirmed by the Interior Ministry of Lebanon.
