MUELLER USED 'NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS' (NDA) TO QUIET WHISTLEBLOWERS!

In addition to TIME Magazine just publishing a charge of immense proportions against the United States Congress the NEW YORKER has just reveale that even Harvey Weinstein has used bribes paid through Non-Disclosure Agreements to silence his victims.* The TIME block buster stated that Jackie Spieir D-CA just testified that "... if a victim of harassment were to report to the compliance office, they would first be required to undergo mandatory counseling for 30 days. Then, she said, they are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement before moving on to mediation.

After 30 days of mandatory mediation, during which the office or member is represented by House of Representatives counsel, they then have to go through a 30 day 'cooling off period'.”  [Emphasis supplied] As well, as we previously reported, an unidentified federal witness with all of the dirt on Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton's Russian uranium caper is afraid he will be imprisoned if he testifies before Congress due to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that former FBI Director Robert Mueller forced him to sign back in 2009. The Justice Department under Obama's Attorney General Loretta Lynch threatened to jail the witness last year to scare him out of testifying before Congress. There is no legislation being considered to protect whistleblowers who have been sexually harassed OR who were forced to sign these underhanded NDAs by the Obama administration so I wrote a bill that will lift Obama's gag orders from all federal witnesses, called the Non-Disclosure Agreement Restriction Protocol Act (NDARP). Now, as to Weinstein, the Huffington Post wrote, "The agreements are yet another mechanism that perpetrators can use to assert power over their victims and can contribute to serial allegations being swept under the rug for years, as was the case for Weinstein." AND, I argue that when it comes to covering up wrongdoing, neither the government NOR private persons should be able to cover themselves with payouts of hush money (bribes) along with punitive clauses written into NDAs by the perpetrators crooked lawyers.  This conduct is an ensign of a failed government and failing society.

Contact the Republicans in Congress today and urge them to pass the NDARP Act so that whistleblowers will be free to testify under oath without fear of prosecution! Obama had federal agencies make their employees and contractors sign NDAs to prevent them from ever testifying against Obama's inner circle of crooks.

As we told you in a previous campaign, the FBI had a witness who gathered emails, documents and other proof that state-owned Russian energy companies were bribing American employees at a uranium trucking company sign an NDA. This witness also has all of the proof on Russian energy companies that routed $145 million to the Clinton Foundation before Secretary of State Hillary Clinton approved the sale of 20-percent of America's uranium to the Russians. Loretta Lynch threatened to throw that witness in jail a year ago when he tried to show his evidence to Congress! And this is not the first time we have discovered that Obama gagged federal employees with a Non-Disclosure Agreement. As we reported one year ago, former FBI Director James Comey made 25 FBI agents sign NDAs before they could work on the criminal case against Hillary Clinton for her illegal server. This was an unprecedented act in the history of FBI investigations! To this day, no FBI agent who worked on the case against Clinton has testified before Congress due to those insidious NDAs. This makes congressional oversight impossible and it prevents witnesses from testifying against Obama or Hillary Clinton unless they want to lose their jobs or possibly their freedom. The proposed NDARP legislation which I wrote gives Congress the power to override an NDA for the purpose of public disclosure and to compel testimony with witnesses who were threatened into silence by Obama.
