"They can just go to hell" Donna Brazile has told her fellow Dems that are now calling her a liar. Call it an awakening or fear, Donna Brazile....the former DNC Chairwoman and before that, a CNN host, the gloves have come off and she is coming-out blazing with inside information about an incredibly corrupt Democratic Party controlled by Hillary Clinton.

Donna Brazile is dedicating her book to Seth Rich, the DNC Staffer alleged to have stolen secret emails, giving them to Julian Assange (WikiLeaks). Brazile alleges (and most of us agree), was assassinated by the Hillary Clinton gang of personal thugs she has often used to silence her critics. Donna Brazile asserts that by coming-out about the Seth Rich murder will help protect her from being killed herself.

The tragic shooting in Texas is again testament to the fact that we live in dangerous times, thanks to the pharmaceutical industry, false flag attacks by the "Deep State," far Left aggression against Christianity, anti-abortion, anti-vaccines, anti-socialism/communism, NRA, all gun owners, cops, UN Agenda 21, globalism, land grabbing, and the list goes on and how our Bill of Rights under the Constitution, in particular...the 2nd amendment, is under constant attack by the Left.

Every single time an act of aggression, killings, etc happens, the Dems jump on the bandwagon with immediate condemnation of ALL gun owners and the NRA that oppose these political ranting's, while NEVER acknowledging the simple fact, the perpetrator(s) are USUALLY their own Democratic voting base. Chicago is a clear example of Black and Hispanic (MS13 Gangs) with more killings last month than what we just saw in Las Vegas. I can safely say that at least 98% of all those involved with homicides in Chicago (where guns are 100% illegal to possess), are Democrat supporters because of what the DEMS continue to promise their voting base of minorities in the way of EBT and WELFARE benefits while expanding their twisted social justice antics.

Therefore....why do the DEMS jump on the bandwagon immediately after a mass shooting to take guns away from law abiding citizens of whom have OFTEN limited a mass shooting with counter-force?

The reason might be to encourage Independents and Conservatives to see their point, thus bringing them across the political divide, or could it be their anti-gun push is the prerequisite for disarming every gun owner for when their utopian time of full blown Communist Rule surfaces?

No Communist country has ever allowed legal gun owners the Right to keep and bear. The reason is clearly written into the 2nd amendment for just that reason.

“The 2nd Amendment to the Constitution isn’t for just protecting hunting rights, and it’s not only to safeguard your right to target practice. It is a Constitutional right to protect your children, your family, your home, our lives, and to serve as the ultimate check against governmental tyranny — for the protection of liberty,” Cruz wrote to supporters in a fundraising email on Thursday, under the subject line “2nd Amendment against tyranny.”

Paving the way to globalist tyranny in America with a world leader dictator is the Democratic Party and several RINO's in the Republican Party's agenda. THEY HAVE TRIED for a very long time to destroy Freedom and Liberties while edging closer to United Nations (so-called) Universal Rights for Humanity, which includes disarming citizens around the world.....not to mention stealing public lands and selling off resources to foreign adversaries, i.e., "The Uranium One" scandal unfolding in Washington and Bill Clinton's sell-off to China of America's secret weapons technology during his regime are only a couple examples.

Both Bush's and Obama spent enormous time molding a New World Order around the world, which the first Bush Sr professed at the United Nations as necessary for humanity..... all three attempted to reform globalists within the Saudi regime for years and of course, a good majority of them in the Saudi government opposed a Trump presidency, the same ones that assisted George W. Bush with launching 9/11, are now being arrested and several killed by upper levels of the Saudi government (working with Trump). The "Swamp" is not just in Washington D.C., but a worldwide problem of pedophiles and globalist attempting to enslave humanity with feel-good politics.

Justifiable homicide

A non-criminal homicide ruling, usually committed in self-defense or in defense of another, exists under United States law. A homicide may be considered justified if it is done to prevent a very serious crime, such as rape, armed robbery, manslaughter or murder. The victim must reasonably believe, under the totality of the circumstances, that the assailant intended to commit a serious crime. A homicide performed out of vengeance, or retribution for action in the past, would not be considered justifiable.
In many states, given a case of self-defense, the defendant is expected to obey a duty to retreat if it is possible to do so. In the states of Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana,^[4]New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, Washington, Wyoming and other Castle Doctrine states, there is no duty to retreat in certain situations (depending on the state, this may apply to one's home, business, or vehicle, or to any public place where a person is lawfully present). Preemptive self-defense, in which one kills another on suspicion that the victim might eventually become dangerous, is considered criminal.
In the U.S. Supreme Court ruling of District of Columbia v. Heller, the majority held that the Constitution protected the right to the possession of firearms for the purpose of self-defense "and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home".^[5]
Two other forms of justifiable homicide are unique to the prison system: the death penalty and preventing prisoners from escaping. To quote the California State Penal Code (state law) that covers justifiable homicide:

196. Homicide is justifiable when committed by public officers and those acting by their command in their aid and assistance, either--

1. In obedience to any judgment of a competent Court; or,

2. When necessarily committed in overcoming actual resistance to the execution of some legal process, or in the discharge of any other legal duty; or,

3. When necessarily committed in retaking felons who have been rescued or have escaped, or when necessarily committed in arresting persons charged with felony, and who are fleeing from justice or resisting such arrest.

Although the above text is from California law, most jurisdictions have similar laws to prevent escapees from custody.

Just when you think you’ve seen it all…. Mayor Kevin Faulconer (RINO) and gang are out of control. With an estimated 20,000-30,000 or more Muslim “refugees” and immigrants in San Diego now - probably the highest concentration of Muslims in the U.S. - the radical Muslim group CAIR is taking over the San Diego area and pushing their Sharia Law agenda. CAIR already has the school board and the DA in their pocket, now they are going after City Hall. California slipping further into the hands of the radical Left and their extremist agents of anti-American hate.

Eric B. pointed out that the San Diego City Council has an item on the agenda for Tuesday, Nov 7 to proclaim Nov. 4th as “CAIR – San Diego Day”. It's on the consent agenda. That means they vote on everything on the consent agenda at one time and they are all approved unanimously, unless someone pulls that item (33) for discussion. I am not sure how you pull an item. I think you can call George Biagi to find out. You get three minutes to talk on an agenda item. Someone may want to go and oppose this. I can't be there. I can send out updates, if there is any news. This council meeting is at 10am on the 12th floor at City Hall.
