Right after news broke that there was actual collusion and possibly even illegal pay-for-play ties between Hillary Clinton, her allies, the Obama Administration and Russian officials, Republican leaders immediately began feigning outrage and calling for feckless hearings.
As Investors Business Daily put it: "On Tuesday, two House investigative committees announced they would start looking into the questionable Uranium One deal that Clinton approved while serving as the nation's top diplomat — a deal that delivered effective control of 20% of the U.S.' uranium mining assets to Russia's state-owned Rosatom, and led to millions of dollars in 'donations' to the family Clinton Foundation."
But let's be real. We're sick and tired of hearings because we're sick and tired of politicians, stalling and feigning outrage while they pretend to get at the truth. Everyone already knows the truth, and the last thing we need is for politicians to stall and pretend they're trying to hold wrongdoers to account with phony and never-ending hearings, when all they're really doing is running out the clock and thereby providing political cover for criminal wrongdoers... it's almost as if some of these elected official are in cahoots with the political opposition.
Enough is enough! It's time to start perp-walking some people TODAY — and we're not just talking about Hillary Rodham Clinton. We want them all... anyone who has touched this scandal, smelled it or even glanced at the law the wrong way needs to be brought to justice — and that is exactly what we're asking you to tell President Donald J. Perp-Walks Must Start With Independent Counsel. The Justice Department Is Compromised.
If we're going to finally bring people to justice, there is one issue that must be resolved from the get-go. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Justice Department must be taken out of the picture.
Why? ... Because only a fool would ask law enforcement agents to investigate themselves and expect a fair and impartial outcome.
Just in case you haven't already heard, Robert Mueller, who — irony of ironies — is spearheading the investigation (and we use these words loosely) into Trump-Russia collusion, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and countless others embedded in our federal law enforcement agencies, are already buried elbow-deep in this scandal.
And this rabbit hole goes deep, but Andrew C. McCarthy, who was once the Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, breaks it down quite well in National Review:
"The Obama administration, with Secretary Clinton at the forefront but hardly alone, was knowingly compromising American national-security interests. The administration green-lighted the transfer of control over one-fifth of American uranium-mining capacity to Russia, a hostile regime — and specifically to Russia's state-controlled nuclear-energy conglomerate, Rosatom. Worse, at the time the administration approved the transfer, it knew that Rosatom's American subsidiary was engaged in a lucrative racketeering enterprise that had already committed felony extortion, fraud, and money-laundering offenses."
"Prosecutors waited four years before quietly pleading the case out for a song, in violation of Justice Department charging guidelines. Meanwhile, the administration stonewalled Congress, reportedly threatening an informant who wanted to go public."
Your eyes aren't playing tricks on you. Obama-era government prosecutors stalled, stonewalled Congress and then quietly tried to make the case go away but entering a sweetheart plea agreement with only one guy... just one guy... but what our government tried to do with the aforementioned lobbyist turned confidential informant who blew the lid off this case is enough to make anyone sick.
McCarthy again:
"[T]he lobbyist was uncomfortable, worried that the proposal would land him on the wrong side of the law. So he contacted the FBI and revealed what he knew. From then on, the Bureau and Justice Department permitted him to participate in the Russian racketeering scheme as a 'confidential source' — and he is thus known as 'CS-1' in affidavits the government, years later, presented to federal court in order to obtain search and arrest warrants."
As we go to press (hopefully the situation will change by the time you read this email), this confidential informant, who went to authorities on his own accord, wants to come forward and spill the beans. He's been begging to come forward for years, but the Deep State is threatening him. Apparently, he signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the federal government when he became a confidential informant and the man is now being told that he'll be put behind bars if he so much as dares to open his mouth. Criminals get off... Concerned citizens are threatened with major jail time... Don't mess with the Deep State.
And why is that set of facts so important? McCarthy again:
"At the time this unidentified man became an informant, the FBI was led by director Robert Mueller" and "the investigation was centered in Maryland... There, the U.S. attorney was Obama appointee Rod Rosenstein — now President Trump's deputy attorney general, and the man who appointed Mueller as special counsel to investigate Trump."

Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied... The Stalling Ends Today... Perp-Walks Can Begin Tomorrow!
Make no mistake, we're going to make it very clear to our public officials that you're not just going to wait around for some special counsel to spend YEARS building a case.
Justice delayed is justice denied and there is more than enough evidence out there already to drag people before a grand jury right now. No one needs to build a case because the case is already built.
David Bossie, writing for The Hill explains:
"Last week, blockbuster allegations surfaced in The Hill shedding light on what was happening inside the Obama administration and FBI while Russia was seeking control of massive amounts of our uranium supply. It turns out that the Obama administration inexplicably approved the uranium deal with Russia even though the FBI was investigating a massive corruption scheme that included bribery, extortion and other felonies involving Russia's nuclear energy industry in the United States."
Bossie goes on to say:
"Bill Clinton sought to meet with the director of a Russian nuclear energy firm and other top Russian businessmen while on a trip to Moscow for a $500,000 speech, just months before Hillary Clinton helped seal the Uranium One deal in October 2010. To make matters worse, The Hill reported that the FBI busted a Russian spy ring that had infiltrated the Clintons' orbit the day before the former president's lucrative speech."
And Bossie concludes by saying:
"Now with the new allegations surrounding Russian corruption and the Uranium One deal, Attorney General Jeff Sessions must finally appoint an impartial special counsel..."
The quid pro quo and the pay-for-play are as plain as the nose on your face. The media, that relies upon their own confidential informants for their information, knows it, the FBI and the Justice Department know it, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Robert Mueller and Rod Rosenstein know it, Loretta Lynch and James Comey, who are also elbow deep in this mess, know it, Attorney General Jeff Sessions knows it and, most of all, you know it too.
The evidence is already there... it's clear... it's time to bring forth some indictments... but that's not going to happen unless people in Washington hear from you right here and right now!
