FoxNews and InfoWars are under attack by the communists to oust the most outspoken hosts by using the typical CIA style "Honey Pot" accusations by bimbos and a few legitimate complaints of sexism (FoxNews), and "fake news" accusations / lawsuit against (InfoWars), but yet....not one host from the corporate FakeStream Media are being ousted. Paul Ryan’s new budget bill will fund: ** Planned Parenthood ** Central American illegal immigrant centers ** Domestic spending will increase ** No cuts in funding to EPA despite Trump’s promises ** Continue payment on Obamacare subsidies ** No funding cuts to sanctuary cities But the House budget includes language that FORBIDS the President of the United States of building a border wall with Mexico. The Washington Post reported: There are explicit restrictions to block the border wall. We knew last week there would be no money to start construction on a project that the president says is more important to his base than anything else. But the final agreement goes further, putting strict limitations on how Trump can use new money for border security (e.g. to invest in new technology and repair existing fencing). Administration officials have insisted they already have the statutory authority to start building the wall under a 2006 law. This prevents such an end run. The $1.5 billion for border security is also half as much as the White House requested. Additionally, there are no cuts in funding to sanctuary cities, something a federal judge said last week would be required for the Justice Department to follow through on its threats. And there is also no money for a deportation force.
Republicans Just One Vote Away From Failing To Repeal Obamacare, Again
Zero Hedge - While one can debate if last week's failed attempt by Trump to pass the GOP healthcare vote before the expiration of his 100 days in office counts as attempt #2 by the administration to repeal Obamacare, the Republicans are now back to square one, because based on the latest whip count by The Hill, the GOP again appears to lack sufficient votes to pass its Healthcare bill in the House, despite earlier reports from GOP leaders and the White House that it might be approved by the lower chamber this week. The Hill's most recent whip list reveals 22 Republicans - mostly moderates - who oppose the bill, the maximum number of GOP defections that can be afforded, meaning the GOP is just one vote away from another failure. The latest Republican to announce his opposition is Rep. Billy Long (Mo.), a staunch conservative who often says he was “Tea Party before Tea Party was cool.” He told The Hill he wouldn't support the bill because of the impact it could have on people with preexisting conditions.

This is the same position our Founding Fathers held; the same position they all supported with their signatures when signing the Declaration of Independence, which says: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. It is crucial to note two things in this portion of the Declaration: 1. Thomas Jefferson sourced our rights in our “Creator,” not in government or in a majority vote of the population. 2. Jefferson sourced government’s power in the people. In other words, governments possess powers, not rights, and the U.S. government only has power because the people lend it a portion of the authority that they possess by birth. And the authority which the people lend government never communicates permission to infringe on the rights with which the people were endowed. (This is why James Madison used Federalist 46 to stress that “ultimate authority…resides in the people alone.”)… It is interesting to note that President Donald Trump struck a similar tone when speaking to the NRA-ILA Leadership Forum on April 28. Trump said, “Freedom is not a gift from government, freedom is a gift from God.”

The AP reported: New York Democrats have hatched a plan to get a look at Donald Trump’s tax records by crafting a piece of legislation designed to get at his state returns that does everything but mention the Republican president by name. The bill introduced this month in New York’s Senate and Assembly would require the state to release five years of state tax information for any president or vice president who files a New York state return…. Democrats in New York and more than two dozen states have crafted bills that would require presidential candidates to release their federal returns in order to appear on that state’s ballot. None of those, however, would require Trump to release old returns.
Student penalized for using word ‘man’ on his essay
The College Fix - At the University of Florida, a student was recently penalized for writing “man” instead of “humankind” in a class paper. History major Martin Poirier wrote “Water is a thing prior to man” on a paper for a history class called “History of Water.” “Thoughtful paper, although the writing-mechanics errors are killing you,” Professor Jack Davis wrote at the bottom of the paper. He gave the student a B minus, according to a copy of the essay published in the student news outlet the Daily Nerv. Davis circled “man” and referenced his Writing Mechanics Exercise #20, which draws a distinction between “mankind” and “humankind.” Davis defended the penalization in an email to The College Fix. He explained that the “exercise and inclusion of ‘humankind’ are consistent with the Chicago Manual of Style, the style and the usage guide followed in the discipline of history.”… This incident in question of a lower grade was not the first time Poirier has faced what he considers a troubling trend on campus. “Political correctness on college campuses goes far deeper than this one excess by this one teacher. By and large, the radical liberationist ideas go unchallenged because no truly oppositional content is presented,” he said.

Trump said Obama had been "very nice" initially but since then there had been "difficulties." "Words are less important to me than deeds, and you saw what happened with surveillance," he said, calling it "inappropriate." Trump was referring to a claim he made on March 4 that Obama tapped his phones during the presidential campaign. There is no evidence to substantiate the claim, but Trump has never retracted it. When Dickerson pressed for details about the surveillance, Trump responded, "You can figure that out yourself."

This all stems from a cease and desist order they received — because feeding the homeless is not allowed when you’re zoned as a church…. One of the primary missions of the church is focused on outreach to poor and homeless individuals, offering addiction resources, haircuts, a food pantry, clothing, and meals at no charge, according to the ministry’s website. Timothy’s House of Hope center has estimated thousands of meals served each month…. Bruce Berger, Davenport’s economic development and planning director, said that the property must first be classified as a “Planned Institutional District” specified for “Housing and Supporting Services.”… Davenport Mayor Frank Klipsch told WQAD News 8 that “We can’t let this be interpreted in any way that we do not support the great work that timothy house of hope is doing,” and has said that the city is reaching out to the city attorney to check the possibility of re-opening as the zoning issues are addressed.

Maybe that’s not so good, though: The process is so easy that an identity thief can redirect your mall to their address by just filling out a form online and paying $1. A couple who were victims of this scheme contacted Kurtis Ming of CBS Sacramento to share their story. Yes, they received a letter at their home address that told them their mail was being redirected, but by the time that showed up, important mail like a Medicare card and a package containing prescription medication was redirected to the identity thief. The identity thief also opened a credit card in the husband’s name. As an experiment, reporter Ming tried the USPS change of address form and tried to have a co-worker’s mail re-directed to him. She didn’t have to give permission, and her mail began to appear in his mailbox just over a week later. The chief postal inspector issued only a statement about how important security is, while still making no changes to the process of changing one’s address.
