take a blank USB flash drive to the Election Registrar’s office on the day after
the election and ask that it be loaded with digital files called ‘ballot
images’. The law requires that your request be honored. What you do with those
files is not complicated, but the process will be feasible only for those with
fair computer skills. Fortunately, this does not have to be done by everyone to
put honesty back into the system. If only 3% of the voters (our estimate) did
this, vote fraud could be exposed, which is the first step toward eliminating
it.
