Will Obama execute Executive Order 13603 to stay in office?

Friends and Associates:

It has been brought to my attention that under the Constitution (22nd Amendment), implemented after Roosevelt served a third and fourth term, a president is limited to only two terms. They believe the Constitution will control Obama?

The Constitution also says that Congress must approve all wars, but this is 2016 and can you remember when in the last decade(s) of when congress or a president adhered to the Constitution? George W. Bush made a remarkable statement..."The Constitution is nothing but a God*amn piece of paper," and maybe is one of the reasons Jeb Bush is sobbing on his wife's shoulder these days.

The push by THIS corrupt government is attempting to limit and destroy both the 1st and 2nd Amendments, and neither Bush or Obama believe they had to gain approval from congress to conduct their illegal wars. Before the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), the constitution states that every U.S. citizen has a right to Due Process before being assassinated by the U.S. under presidential orders.

How many U.S. citizens and their children have been killed by orders given by Obama under his drone program?

Therefore.....why do some still believe that Obama would NOT pull a False Flag to keep Trump out-of-office while slithering into a third term under a declaration of Martial Law?

Personally.....I think Obama would seek a third term for any reason, just short of Martial Law. Admit it ! Little king Tut, that grew-up in Kenya, is a full blown Muslim dictator with the support of the Communist Party and the Muslim Brotherhood ! 

"Under Executive Order 13603, Barack Obama can also stay in office as President of the United States if an emergency occurs. If Obama declares martial law in the event of an emergency, then he can stay in office as long as he wishes.

Under martial law no election is needed, and political power is handed over to the executive branch and the military, rather than being shared among a balance of the legislative, executive, and judicial branches as laid out in the Constitution."
