Freedom loving Americans everywhere;
April 27, 2016
Please hear me out. To those of you who have not yet, I would ask you to consider uniting behind Donald Trump for the nomination of the Republican Party, and for President. Why? We desperately need to unite behind someone. It's too late now for Ted Cruz or John Kasich. After all, the goal should not be to stop Donald Trump, but to stop Hillary Clinton.
Donald Trump is now headed for the biggest vote total in history for a primary election. More than 10,000,000 people have now voted for him. He carried every voting demographic last night, and the most telling was the Conservative/Very Conservative group. And in a state with the most diverse Republican population in the nation (Pennsylvania) he carried every county in the state. It was reported he won every county in all five states. That has never been done before. His statewide average for the five states was 60% of the vote, and that after last weeks almost 62% of New York. The average for Kasich was 20%, for Cruz 14%. That cannot defeat Hillary Clinton, and if we are honest with ourselves, we all know it.
In the primaries yesterday with the people going to polling locations and voting in five states ** 1,333,884 Americans voted for Mr. Trump ** 464,769 for Sen. Cruz ** 494,729 for Gov. Kasich. That's a total of 374,386 more people voting for Mr. Trump than the other two candidates combined.
The American people of all persuasions, color, race, age, gender, and creed are in support of this man. It is time the Republican Party get behind the people and stop expecting the people to get behind them. It has been 10 months, and the time has arrived for all of us to lock arms in unity against Hillary Clinton and for Mr. Donald Trump. My goodness, this man is winning by huge margins of the voting public. Commonsense Conservatism is real. He is not coming in second or third and claiming victory. He is winning, and huge. It's the people speaking their minds and hearts.
People, I ask you to ponder something: The two left running against him have both been in politics and political office for most of their lives and have gotten us where we are now, or at least haven't been able to stop or change anything. If they are elected to this office why will it be any different? Let's give Mr. Trump an opportunity. He certainly seems to have the ability to make things happen, and just may do exactly what he says he will do. The others have all been trying to no avail. Why should we let them be president and keep doing the same and expecting different results?
I do not write this to anger, alienate or divide. On the contrary, to appeal to your wisdom and the spirit of oneness, togetherness in pursuit of a common goal, that is to defeat the Socialist Hillary Clinton and prevent her from gaining the opportunity to nominate 3 or 4 Supreme Court Justices, which would be the end of Individual Freedom in America.
As Republicans, we can not allow this contest to go into July. That would give Hillary Clinton an almost 3 month head start to campaign against the Republican nominee and fund raising. That, my friends in freedom, would spell disaster. I do not want that, and I do not believe you do either.
Please forward this to all states yet to vote and anyone else who might effect this much needed unity.
Until next time;
John Porter
