avoid West Hollywood when he campaigns in California ahead of the state's
potentially decisive June 7 primary. Lindsey Horvath, the mayor of West

BJ3 The good part is that there is now a ruling in lower courts...and will be appealed, starting the ball rolling. However, instead of, or another part of, this, Mr. Elliot should request the baseline definition of “natural born citizen”. This, now, with Scalia’s absence, might be troublesome. More troublesome are the cherry-picked references that this judged used. It also shows how far this court is from using any “Vattel-based” references, which we never considered appropriate. Further, I don’t think Mr. Elliot or anyone made any demand for Cruz to provide any Cruz American Consular Birth Registration document, without which there is no valid proof of any related birth info. And, of course, this is one state.
