Dear Conservative Friends,
I have just signed a petition demanding that the United States Senate reject any judicial activist nominated by President Obama to fill the now-vacant seat of Justice Antonin Scalia.
The President’s two prior successful nominees have proven to be judicial activists who have swayed the High Court’s rulings radically leftward on matters of extreme importance with long-lasting effects. We cannot allow the Senate to confirm a third Supreme Court nomination of President Obama.
