WHAT ARE THE SAUDIS HOLDING OVER US?
THIS!Saudi-Arabia-seeks-200m-military-training-deal-with-us .... Re: Saudi bloody hypocrites!
Dear
Don, I would say one of our principle issues as "a People" is we've
forgotten how to think for ourselves, and for the majority, H.L.
Menken's statement on the purpose of popular politics fits perfectly.
What you outline in your column is in depth, and covers the issue
broadly, however it doesn't answer some issues which appear small but
matter. I would suggest, based on personal experience and having
watched political figures of the west deal with Arabs in particular, and
plain out "Muslims", and there is time/cultural factor we don't give
sufficient credit to.
When the issue arose, it was brought
to a head by the demands of first France, then England, for their gold
to return, as they didn't feel it needed an ocean to defend it. At that
point, Nixon violated "Bretton Woods", and was advised by Kissinger not
to repatriate the gold, and the beginnings of the petro-dollar concept
were floated. America went through a recession, conveniently called "a
malaise", as we were being informally boycotted, and the whole of Europe
was contemplating the full meaning of our violation of Bretton Woods.
We saw two oil embargoes, and I would suggest they were specifically
to goad us into accepting such a deal, and would also suggest Kissinger
isn't so smart, but hooked on to a "Saudi hatched plan", and wasn't
primary. In the main, "Arabs" don't plan and build, while they now are
tied to land because of oil under the sand, their entire history is as a
"sailing culture of trade, living across the ocean of Sahara", with the
developed skills enabling them to have done so for millennia, alone,
the sole means of land based "silk and spice trade". To this day,
laying one's hands of material and working it is a class distinction, a
division between rulers and subjects.
I entered the Corps
in 76, arriving for training in Memphis that summer, and discovering we
were engaged in training Iranians, pilots, from the "elite", rulers, and
maintenance personnel, mechanics, electronics, all the very special
skills of keeping "manhours per flight hour" down somewhere close to our
established standard for the birds we had flown through Vietnam, and
had rebuilt and upgraded at the same time. With no specific
information, I would posit our support of Iran was an issue in the minds
of the Saudis, and the partial embargo of 78 was pressure to fully
sieze the offer, and to begin cutting ties. We slowly and carefully
offended Iran, and Potus was of the mind to do what he did, living in
utopia as he did.
I believe it took us a good five or six
years to come to realise what had occured fully, when we made the
"petro-dollar deal", and every intent of the Saudis was that we take
that long and longer to fully realise all the ramifications of the deal.
It has also taken them and us forty years to reach the point they can
have this level of control over our actions, and a concerted, directed
political line and practice here, as a standard operating procedure for
new politicians to learn to toe, for us to be such we must act as
demanded, and know the consequences of refusing.
It is
valuable to bear in mind, when the constant attack of Islam is brought
up, we are always confronted with the Crusades, and invariably, they are
appologized for, damn near grovelling in the dirt excusing them.
Almost never does someone state, "Islam began its assault on every
front 1400 years ago, and while it's only been a single assault, it
continues to this day. The Crusades were four or five short term, few
years each, attempts to take back what Islam took as prize by war, and
which we have failed to take back our own".
China was by
far the most advanced society, and most powerful empire at the time of
the rise of Islam, and no attempt was ever made to impact China at that
time, because every society with trade had to realise by the product and
means of the Chinese, they were far and away beyond their closest peer
as a power. China had been the reason "Arabia" became a "Bedouin
society", traders capable of traversing "the impossible desert", and the
reason every other nation and empire built ships and tried to fulfull
the Chinese goal of being well attached, and subject to what China had
to offer.
Their retreat, closing their borders, expelling
all foreigners in the 1430's ended the Ming dynasty, the whole world
trade of China, and gave the nations subject to Islam the opportunity to
fill the hole left by China's retreat from the world. Their experience
in trade as subservient to China gave them the lessons and skills to
become the premier traders, and also gave rise to their expertise in
piracy, as China no longer destroyed such out of hand, and no other
nation or empire had the power or the experience.
America's first experience with Islam was over piracy, and that was
confronting "Wahabist" no less than today, but far from simply going to
Tripoli and taking back our own, which was attempted twice, to triple
their hostages and destruction of our few barely seaworthy ships, during
President Adams seat, Jefferson visited Persia, probably what is Iraq,
and Syria, also sending Madison, and brought back a virtual library on
the mid-east and Islam, with dozens of different versions of the Koran.
While we did send some two hundred Sailors and Marines to scale the
cliffs behind the fort overlooking the harbor of Tripoli, did
successfully take the fort by complete surprise and destroy it, while
simultaneously failing to cut the harbor chain, and instead, boarded the
USS Philidelphia, spread powder throughout the ship, and powder trains
to delay the firing, and cut mooring lines, allowing the burning ship to
careen into all the pirate ships, cornered by the same wind pushing the
Philidelphia, and completely destroying its self, and the whole of the
fleet, the main reason America became the first nation not to pay
tribute, was Jefferson's and Madison's brilliance in diplomacy, setting
the idea of "The Bey of Tripoli" claiming historic control over the
waters, but being challenged to maintain them, free and clear, and by
this, have a right to lay claim to "duties" on commerce traversing "the
safe waters they maintained", and by this, the actual effort to end
piracy on both ends began, as "duties" were profit with less risk.
We dealt with the Muslims as equals, demonstrating power with out
destruction, but demonstrating an understanding of history, by noting it
was a battle, not a war, and it was the proffering of an alternate
means of earning wealth, by means which would increase trade and income,
which changed the game. No empire ever tried "the carrot", it would
have been a sign of weakness, and America wasn't "empire", but a stated
"trade focused Nation", and an oddity to all who came to know us at our
inception.
Jesus told us we had to go out in the world and
live as righteously as lambs, spreading the gospel, but also be "as
wily as the fox", knowing the effects of appearing to operate out of
weakness, and not open interactions by imposition or from the appearance
of power. Jefferson and Madison represent such a way as well as any
examples I know of, and for fifty years, we dealt openly, commonly, and
easily with Muslim societies, in trade and education, because we put one
hand forward, after the Persian way, to show friendship, while ensuring
it was noted the mail on the other fist. I believe our founding as a
republic, on capitalism principles, with trade as our most powerful
tool, was very close to the form God intended man to live, that we could
commune with our God.
Even as the serpent said "surely
you won't die", Satan knew his best tool for man was the suggesting
things weren't quite as "cut and dried" as God said, and those who
cleave to his ways, must assume the subtle lie as primary, as that has
always been the means Satan has drawn in the weak in spirit or
principle. We now elect for our own government, those who deal exactly
as the enemy, because we've forgotten our purpose was to govern
ourselves, and be subject to God, directly, each of us, and not allow
men to rule over us. In this, we've simply recognised, to deal daily
with the devil, we must use his ways, and if we won't, we must elect,
hire, or allow "his own" to represent us, and by this, we have become a
fallen Nation represented on our National Face by evil, and all its
manifestations.
Trump stands alone, not because he
skillfully applies the teachings of Christ to his campaign, but because
he has as much the appearance of a Christian as we have become
accustomed to, and he stands up stating dealing with evil is not best
done using its own tools, but confronting it, and putting it down.
God "gave man dominion over the lands, the beasts of the earth and
himself", and we do well when we actively pursue our own betterment.
Having "dominion" means being ruler of, but also responsible for, that
which is under us, and if we don't rule it, someone else will, whether
before God or for the interests of Satan, only Man chooses. While we
serve the Arab expansion, we serve Satan and all his intentions. We
are fools if we look at those who have chosen to stand with Satan, and
call them liars, thieves, evil. Of course they are, if they have chosen
Evil, we do far better keepiing our mouths shut and making our
decisions for what and how we do, based on our relation with God, and
let God worry about his plans for the future. We must return to being
"a moral and a religious people" if we would see this nation saved, and
not go down with the other Nations who will ultimately deny God's
authority.
Semper Fidelis,
John

Again, the thing the Saudis hold over us is the petrodollar, as I described here: http://www.renewamerica. com/columns/hank/150314
In
other words, if we go along with their deadly schemes, they will keep
charging US dollars for their oil and that will keep the USD
artificially high. The US government is scared to death that they will
stop propping up the buck, so it has become an accomplice to its evil,
even the elimination of Christianity wherever possible.
Don
Thanks
Don .... in addition to this I am wondering why we, the USA, are
kissing the Saudi's dairy air? Are they holding something over us? We
did more damage than we may ever know by deposing leaders in the ME and
yet we don't "put our foot down" or stand up to the Saudi's? What gives?
Our sincerest thanks to Rich in PA for this important article and his on-target comments, which tie in with what I said in the email below.Rich is SO right. How DARE the Western media claim that the US needs to help the intolerant and aggressive ISIS-supporting Saudis to combat aggression and terror?I am amazed that Putin hasn't given up on trying to cooperate with the West and its fiendish allies!Folks, it is time to put our foot down and tell our congress critters no more coddling the murderous Saudis!Time to cut them loose. On top of all this, they are killing our oil industry. Just HOW are they allies?BTW, I wasn't going to mention this but how in heaven's name can Donald Trump say that the Russians are "killing us" in Syria? We trained and armed the people who are killing them and the Syrians! And those people include Al-Qaeda, the people who knocked down the Twin Towers. Is this man really any different from the rest?I want to see him change his tune.Don HankIs this an oxymoron? "to combat aggression and terrorism" ??? what a joke. We are the ones helping them.

(a quote from the article)
The US State Department said the proposed deal will support combatant command initiatives in the region by enabling Saudi Arabia’s efforts to combat aggression and terrorism.
Implementation of the proposed sale will approve the permanent or temporary assignment of up to 202 US Government or contractor personnel to Saudi Arabia.Subject: Saudi bloody hypocrites! Our "allies! the Saudis are busy bombing civilians (see link below) even as they insist that Assad must go because he --- are you ready? --- has allegedly bombed civilians! You know who MUST go?The Saudis. The US must declare that it is no longer an ally of the bloody, vicious, dirty slimy Saudis. In fact, in view of the Saudis' clandestine support of Al Qaeda and ISIS, we ought to be declaring WAR on Saudi Arabia -- and Turkey to boot. You know why we are still "allied" with the Saudis?Because YOU allow it to happen, never complaining to your congress critters about this abominable situation. In particular, even as the Saudis were busy chopping heads of their own citizens who differed with them religiously, American Neocons were bombarding our mailboxes with mass mailings with titles like "Stop Iran." And you dutifully phoned your congress critter and told him to stop Iran. But you never mentioned Saudi Arabia, did you? And this even as the Iranians were fighting ISIS in Syria and the US was barely pretending to fight them and even though our government kept saying they were the enemy. But anyone paying a bit of attention knew that Washington did not consider ISIS the enemy. It was out to get Iran and Assad. Why? To enable ISIS to prosper and continue massacring minorities in the Middle East, because Washington is in bed with the slimy Saudis (it's all about the petrodollar). It is still in that mode and will remain in it until you put a stop to it. t is high time to say STOP THE SAUDIS!https://www.rt.com/news/333838-yemen-market-strike- killed/ Don Hank
