TRUMP WILL SURROUND HIMSELF WITH EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE NOT SLACKERS (like Obama)

      Several hundred people have emailed me saying they are for Donald Trump for president, but they wish he would give more details of how he is going to do the things he is saying he will do. Let's stop and think about that together for just a moment.


      Donald Trump's successful business dealings in his life reminds me of Ronald Reagan's governing style. Reagan did not have detailed plans of HOW he was going to do something. His very successful style was to assemble his Cabinet and Advisers together and explain WHAT  he wanted to accomplish. He then left it for them to give him a plan of action to getting it done. No one who has ever ran for or served as president knows all the details of HOW to do WHAT he wants done. They don't even write their own speeches for crying out loud, tweak them a little maybe, but written by others. The speech writer knows WHAT he (the president) wants to say and he sets about to give him the HOW to say it. Donal Trump is an exception to that rule, though. No one tells him how to say something.
     
      But back to the subject at hand, the secret to success in any business or endeavor, including the Presidency of the United States, is having the ability to surround yourself with the right people who can come up with the details of a workable plan of HOW to accomplish the WHAT. Their direction comes from WHAT the leader wants to see happen. Those are the makings of a great president of a company or country. He or she supplies the WHAT and they supply the HOW. It is his vision of WHAT which really matters.
     
      My life's career saw me directly involved in working for and helping run, at various levels of management, a large business. The decisions, or deals if you will, are made to not only benefit yourself, but the company for which you work or own, and the dozens, hundreds, thousands, or in some instances millions, of employees (or citizens) involved in its survival and growth. The same applies to a country. Does anyone think for a moment that, all alone, General Eisenhower new all the details of how he would invade the Normandy beaches of France? Or that Franklin D. Roosevelt new all the intricate details of the programs he saw implemented?
     
      The people surrounding and advising the president are, in many ways, as important to the nation or company as the president himself. We must select a person to lead us who knows WHAT he wants for the country and the citizens who live here, namely to be free from government control of their lives, fair and lowest possible taxes, debt free government, safe and secure from foreign intervention in our lives, a powerful military force to insure that, a nation second to none in production of quality goods and agreements with other nations to fairly trade those goods, a population with the highest living standards on planet earth, a nation with protected borders where all people can safely live our lives as we see fit in a robust economy created by us, everyone having a fair and equal chance, all staying within the bounds of the Constitution. These things are WHAT Donald Trump wants for our nation.
     
      Once we have determined who that person is, we must now make another determination. Has that person demonstrated in his or her life the ability to select and persuade others to join with him who can understand his vision of WHAT, and know HOW to make it happen. If he can't do that, all the wonderful WHATS will come to nothing. I think you would agree, there isn't a person on this planet who could sit in the White House all alone with not a single soul helping and come up with all the complex details of the issues I've  here mentioned, so it would be next to impossible for that person to tell us the details before even being elected and selecting a cabinet, be they Republican, Democrat, or Independent.
     
      If one studies the candidates who are asking us to hire them for the job of president, I believe there is one person who stands out above the rest in knowing WHAT their vision is for the country within the bounds of the Constitution, has demonstrated the ability to surround himself with the right people to figure HOW, will impart that vision with the power of persuasion on a stalled congress and clean up the mess in our Federal government. I am convinced, even with all his short comings, Donald John Trump is that man.
     
      I honestly believe Donald Trump will select people to help him who are full of fresh ideas, who will understand WHAT he wants to see happen for the good of the people of this country and supply, for his approval, the exact details of HOW to Constitutionally do it. I ask you to consider this with me.
