BJ3: Yayee for that. Here’s the problem...What is the “accepted”, “legal”, ruled or whatever definition of “NBC”?
    The issue with certain Patriots is that they feel there is only one definition of “NBC” (and not SCOTUS-ruled btw, which is what is needed). First, I am not a Vattel follower.  Secondly, these people insist that “Minor vs Happersett” declared “NBC = born in the USA of 2 citizen parents” as its definition.  Not so. It says that “there is no doubt that those are so”. But that leaves the door open on virtually any other definition, which has been constantly opined since 2007 at the least. Personally, I would not dispute born in the USA of 1 citizen parent and one parent naturalized after the birth...if only to establish some definition.
   In any case, with BHO (and with Cruz btw), there is no valid, rightly-certified BC or consular paper to validate ANYTHING about them.  And, quite frankly, unti SCOTUS rules clearly on this issue, my opinion is just as “good” as anyone else’s, no matter how many columns they write.  So, when it comes time to vote, I would not vote Cruz for the reason stated above for starters.

Now Donald Trump's prediction that Cruz will be dogged over the issue of his eligibility is coming true. And this newest challenge is coming in a big liberal state.   There are so many things wrong with his situation that requesting the  CRBA simply would not pull his tug boat to shore.  From the links in the article I read BOTH his parents were CANADIAN!! (father '68 and mother '68/69 thru marriage & residing in Canada for 1 year after marriage she forfeited her so called Delaware NBC'ship and could not confer US citizenship to Dear Illegal Alien Ted .. Canada did NOT recognize DUAL at this time).  So, at the time of Dear Illegal Alien Ted's birth he was just another Canadian and making public his mother's BC is of no consequence to me or the world.  He's STILL illegal and in fact was a ILLEGALLY sitting US Senator as well.  He is in fact a Cuban citizen via his Cuban father. Now do we get the rope?
   I read that Dear Illegal Alien Ted attended exclusive private schools so I'm sure this was NOT AN ISSUE, especially since he was born to two wonderfully brilliant mathematicians.  Surely the three of them can add 2 + 2 and get ILLEGAL.  
   Did I get it right?, and I'm not even a rocket scientist.

BJ3: We agree with Steve in that it won’t work for them.  Hey, but it works just great for Trump supporters. Can’t express our gratitude enough for these reptiles coming out of the woodwork (with the queen reptile) and saying this. Maybe they are really on our side? Nah, likely they are just that STUPID. As a writer recently said. “This is not about Trump”...it’s the issues. Notice how NONE of them mentioned them?
    Disagree with Steve who says it will hurt Trump in the general election. The polls (including ours), taken after these reptiles spoke, ALL show The Donald would beat any challenger.
