This Leaked Memo Only Proves What We Already Know. Obama Was Planning To Violate The Law The Entire Time.
As a matter of fact, OBAMA'S HAS BEEN ACTIVELY VIOLATING Federal District Court Judge Andrew Hanen's original injunction for well over a year.
Jessica Vaughan, a former State Department officer, who is now an
immigration expert at the Center for Immigration Studies, blew the lid
off of Barack Obama’s covert Amnesty scheme some time ago when she
exposed an October 6, 2014 bid solicitation, issued by the U.S.
Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), seeking a vendor who can
produce up to
34 million blank green cards and work permits.
Jonathan Strong with Breitbart.com confirmed Vaughan's report:
"Unnoticed until now, a draft solicitation for bids issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Oct. 6
says potential vendors must be capable of handling a 'surge' scenario
of 9 million id cards in one year 'to support possible future
immigration reform initiative requirements.' ... The guaranteed minimum
for each ordering period is 4,000,000 cards. The estimated maximum for
the entire contract is 34,000,000 cards."
And Congressman Lou Barletta (R—PA) came right out and accused the Obama Regime of instituting
"covert actions to prepare for tens of millions of amnesty cases" and says this bid solicitation is
"proof that the groundwork is already being
laid to grant amnesty post-election to millions upon millions of people
who have broken our laws to enter this country."
And now, even though a federal appeals court has INSTRUCTED BARACK OBAMA TO STOP VIOLATING THE LAW, there is further confirmation that Obama remains undeterred:
According to
The Hill: "The Administration has
already been criticized from the bench for handing out work permits to
hundreds of thousands of deferred action beneficiaries, in direct
violation of a district court’s order."
The Hill goes on to say: "[W]e now
know that the Obama DHS has, rather than pausing to allow the courts to
assess the constitutionality of its enforcement nullification
initiatives, been gearing up..."
And
The Hill concludes: "Bottom line: The
memo foreshadows more tactical offensives in a giant administrative
amnesty for all 12 million illegal aliens who've broken our immigration
laws (and many other laws)... If this document is indeed the cutting
edge of Obama's strategy for DHS to circumvent Judge Hanen's injunction
order, it would confirm the Administration's bad faith and contempt both
for the court and the law."

Congress Talks The Talk But Still Refuses To Walk The Walk.
Don't let anyone tell you that Obama can't be stopped. He can be stopped. The dirty secret that no Republican elite in Washington wants you to know is that Barack Obama can make tyrannical decrees until the cows come home, but without funding from Congress his words and acclamations are meaningless... nothing more than mere words.
And as Senator Jeff Sessions has already explained, Congress does it all the time. "Hundreds, thousands of legislative actions throughout the years have barred the executive branch from spending money to execute policies Congress does not want to fund. We can do that."
If you expose the man behind the curtail, you will find that the real problem is that far too many Republicans in Washington want amnesty for millions of illegal aliens and they are more than content to allow Barack Obama to violate the law to do it... so much better if he gets the blame.
The sad and simple truth of the matter is that Obama has been allowed to get away with so much because Congress has tacitly approved of his transgressions. Our elected officials will tell you that they oppose the radical Obama agenda and then... when they think you’re not looking... fund that radical agenda.
But, in the meantime... elected officials keep talking the talk:

Newsflash Speaker Ryan... it's not enough to simply exclaim that Barack Obama can't "be trusted on this issue." The American people could care less whether or not this self-described dictator has your trust. The question the American people want answered is whether or not you're going to exert the legitimate authority of Congress and stop Barack Obama.
