But what you probably haven't heard from the media — which is dead set on advancing the false narrative that Obama has won — is that House conservatives just FORCED John Boehner, kicking and screaming, to bring poison-pill legislation that will kill Obama's Iran deal (H.R. 3460) to the floor of the House and that legislation just passed the House by an overwhelming margin.
H.R. 3460 declares that Barack Obama has not complied with the provisions of the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015 (otherwise known as the Corker Betrayal) and SUSPENDS THE RELEASE OF SANCTIONS ON IRAN UNTIL JANUARY 21, 2017, WHEN A REAL PRESIDENT WILL HAVE TAKEN THE OATH OF OFFICE.
So... how does that help? Simply put, if Iran does not get sanctions relief and the 150 billion dollars the mullahs want to use to fund worldwide terrorism, Iran WILL REJECT this raw deal... H.R. 3460 is truly what people in business world call a poison-pill. In essence, H.R. 3460 says: Sure, Mr. Obama, you can have your treasonous 'deal' with the Mullahs of Iran... but good luck in getting the mullahs to agree to it NOW.
In short, the American people can win... you have, in your hands right now, the power to thwart Barack Obama and the Washington Cartel's plans to make the United States the world's premier funder of terrorism and give the world's number-one sponsor of terrorism a clear path to obtain nuclear weapons.
But there is just one more hurdle to cross and, to be totally frank, it's a very high hurdle. Mitch McConnell must be FORCED bring H.R. 3460 to the floor of the Senate and pass it, and we're going to need an immediate and overwhelming outpouring of calls and Blast Faxes to Washington to make that happen because RINOs in the United States Senate will do everything in their power to "lose" to Barack Obama.

Mitch McConnell Is The Problem. Your Calls And Faxes Are The Solution.
It's a sad state of affairs. Mitch McConnell and the Washington Cartel desperately want to lose this battle because they're under the delusion that they can use Obama's Iran deal as a campaign issue.
No... you eyes aren't playing tricks on you. The Washington Cartel is more than willing to put thousands of American lives in jeopardy because they are under the delusion that pretending to fight Barack Obama while ensuring a loss is going to drive you to the polls in November to pull the Republican lever.
To hell with the safety and security of the American people... they want votes. It's sick... it's disgusting... it makes them no better than Barack Hussein Obama and if you're having problems believing what we just told you, then consider the following:
They turned the Constitution on its head and passed the Corker Betrayal back in May to assure that they were powerless to stop this raw deal and, left to their own devices, they will move heaven and earth to stop H.R. 3460 from ruining their plans. They will do anything to prevent victory now that defeat is so close to being in their grasp.

"McConnell insisted this [Obama's
Iran Deal] would be used as a campaign issue, but expressed his
skepticism that there could be anything else done to block the deal
because of a procedural obstacle Senate Democrats initiated."
Nothing else can be done? ... Nice try Mitch but blaming Harry Reid is not going to work because the American people aren't buying what you're selling...
Make DC Listen echoed those sentiments:
"Unfortunately, Mitch McConnell and
John Boehner appear to be more interested in following a process that
allows them to blame the Democrats for this deal than one that will
actually stop it."
And there you have it. The Washington Cartel is putting American lives in jeopardy because they're under the delusion that you're stupid and it is time, here and now, to disabuse the members of the Washington Cartel in the United States Senate of that delusion.

Senator Ted Cruz To The Rescue...
Make no mistake, H.R. 3460 is part of a much larger plan by conservative legislators in Washington to scuttle this Iran deal and it was your calls and faxes that encouraged conservatives in Congress to take this bold action.
Senator Ted Cruz outlined this bold plan of action in a letter that he addressed to John Boehner and Mitch McConnell back on September 10, 2015.
Cruz's letter calls on GOP legislators to take three specific actions:
"Majority Leader and Speaker Boehner must
determine that because President Obama has not submitted to Congress the
widely reported side deals, the President has not yet submitted the
Iran agreement as required by Corker-Cardin. Therefore, the 60-day clock
for congressional review has not yet begun to run. And, critically, as a
result, federal law prohibits the Obama Administration from lifting
sanctions."
"Leader McConnell should introduce a
resolution expressing the sense of the Senate that, if the agreement had
been introduced as a treaty, it should not be ratified. This will put
everyone on record and will make clear that there is insufficient
support in the Senate for approving the agreement as a treaty."
And the third provision of the plan is a beauty.
"McConnell and Boehner should make clear to
the CEOs of banks holding frozen Iranian funds that their misplaced
reliance on the President's lawlessness would not necessarily excuse
them from the obligation to comply with existing federal sanctions laws.
And if they release billions in funds to Khamenei, they risk billions
in civil (and possibly even criminal) liability once President Obama
leaves office."
Conservatives in the House have just forced John Boehner, kicking and screaming, to implement the first part of this plan, and Cruz is introducing companion legislation in the Senate, but it is also essential that the other parts, particularly the third part of the plan, be implemented as well.
Cruz explains:
"We can assume, based on his past practice, that President Obama will simply ignore the law and declare that he is lifting sanctions under the agreement anyway. On that assumption, we should make clear to the CEOs of banks holding frozen Iranian funds that their misplaced reliance on the President's lawlessness would not necessarily excuse them from the obligation to comply with existing federal sanctions laws. And if they release billions in funds to Khamenei, they risk billions in civil (and possibly even criminal) liability once President Obama leaves office. Having spent years advising major corporations in private practice, I can tell you that their general counsels will likely tell them their legal exposure is real, which could well result in the banks deciding not to release the funds to Iran, the President’s lawless waivers notwithstanding."
Cruz also states: "We don't have to lose... As the elected Republican leaders in both Houses of Congress, you have it in your legal authority to stop the release of over $100 billion to Iran. I ask you to use that authority. I urge you both to declare that the President has failed to submit the agreement to Congress as required by Corker-Cardin and to make clear that any sanctions relief granted under the agreement would therefore be illegal and directly contrary to federal law."
Cruz is right... the plan is sound... but Cruz and conservatives in Congress need you to speak up to make it happen.
Make no mistake, Harry Reid and Barack Obama don't want to be forced to explain to the American people why they oppose what technically constitutes a 3-4 month delay in giving Iran the sanctions relief and the more than 100 billion dollars they desperately want to fund acts of terrorism against the United States.
