RIGHT TO WORK UNDER ATTACK BY OBAMA AND NLRB

Dear Conservatives,

Union bosses have been on a warpath for decades to repeal state Right to Work laws by any means necessary.

In fact, fifty years ago, grassroots citizens fought off the most serious threat against state Right to Work laws we have ever faced until now
.

You see, Big Labor's allies in Congress sought to repeal section 14(b) of the Taft-Hartley Act, which affirms the right of states to protect worker freedom.

If they had gotten away with it, all state Right to Work laws would be wiped away with a single stroke.

Only a grassroots-led filibuster enabled us to block their bill and protect state Right to Work laws.

Fifty years later, our movement has momentum on our side like never before.

Three states have passed new Right to Work laws in the last three years, bringing the total to 25.

None of that would have happened without the generosity and commitment to our cause of people like you.

Those victories are endangered by a new threat.

Big Labor's high command and their government enablers are once again taking aim at every Right to Work law in the country.

But this time, they're not bothering to go to Congress. The unelected bureaucrats at Barack Obama's National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) are doing their dirty work for them
.

Thanks to the surrender of a few short-sighted Republicans in the U.S. Senate in 2013, Barack Obama has a fully-stocked NLRB stacked with a gaggle of union lawyers to do Big Labor's bidding.

And now the Obama Labor Board is seizing that opportunity and preparing to overturn more than 60 years of precedent and ignore the plain language of federal and state law.

Such a power grab would not only gut existing Right to Work protections but stifle the growing movements in even more states considering Right to Work laws to revive their economies and foster job creation and economic growth.

The Obama Labor Board is out of control.

It's time for Congress to act.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix
