Dear Conservatives,
Big Labor gave at least two million dollars to the Clinton
Foundation, raising even more questions about the so-called apolitical
organization already under intense scrutiny in the wake Hillary
Clinton's presidential campaign launch.
Most of that money came from workers who would be fired if they refuse to pay tribute to union bosses.
Not only that, union bosses may have illegally charged some workers to subsidize the Clinton Foundation.
National Right to Work Foundation-won Supreme
Court precedents ensure that workers in non-Right to Work states cannot
be
forced to pay for union politics or member-only events.
But on its federal financial
disclosure form, one union listed its gift to the Clinton Foundation as a "representational" activity.
That category refers to "chargeable" activities
independent-minded workers in forced-unionism states can be required to
pay or be fired.
Meanwhile, other unions listed donations to the supposedly apolitical Clinton
Foundation as "political."
There's no question union bosses consider this as a
"down payment" to ensure that Barack Obama's assault against worker freedom continues with Hillary Clinton in the White House.
"I owe these unions," Obama once unashamedly wrote. And he's paid them back with one union-boss
power grab rammed through the federal bureaucracy after another.
Make no mistake, if the union
bosses and the crony politicians get away with their schemes to remake
American labor law and force more workers into dues-paying ranks,
they'll
corrupt our politics even more than they already do.
That's why, with your continued support,
we'll keep fighting to protect the Right to Work for every American.
Sincerely,
Mark Mix
P.S. The Foundation relies completely on voluntary contributions from our supporters to
provide free legal aid.
