Please remember the courts now in America use Admiralty Law or Maritime law which is the law of the Sea where you are Guilty until proven innocent. (The judge is the King not the Constitution) Instead of the Constitutional Common Law, law of the land, where you are innocent until proven guilty.. One can not lean on the Constitution once in their Courts.. These satanic forces preach on how we are innocent until proven guilty, however the facts do no bear this out once one is in court or going through the "pre-court or discovery process" ... The burden of proof used to be on the state to prove your guilt.. Now it is up to you to prove your innocence to the State.... Every practicing Lawyer knows this........ Wow unto you Lawyers..
