Did you know that there was "predictive Programming" in a 1996 Batman comic series about Ebola? It was called Ebola Gulf A. The series was called "Contagion". It was about a bioweapon created by the Order of St. Dumas in South America but was flown in from Africa. The purpose of the bioweapon was to purge the world of sin. It was loosed on Gotham City. This is really to similar to what is going on so I think the PTB planned it and put it in a comic.
