TEA PARTY ARMY 03/20/2014 - IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED

Tea Party Army™ followers did something amazing. Thanks to your FaxGrams and phone calls, the House of Representatives was flooded with messages in support of Rep. Trey Gowdy's (R-SC) ENFORCE The Law Act of 2014. The bill (HR 4138) was pushed through the House in less than a week! Obama immediately threatened to veto it, as we predicted, so everything is going according to plan.

This bill was introduced as part of a broader election-year strategy designed to do one of two things: Either force Obama to uphold the law or get him to publicly admit that he doesn't believe the Constitution applies to him. For this to succeed, we must now convince the Senate to pass the ENFORCE Act. I believe we can sway enough Democrat votes to pass it. Can we do it again? You must send FaxGrams to the Senate today and urge them to pass HR 4138! This bill will finally force Obama to uphold the laws passed by Congress.

Obama threatened to veto the ENFORCE Act because he knows that his power is starting to crumble. Democrats in the Senate are disgusted with him now that they know Obama was using the NSA and the CIA to spy on them. That's why I believe you can convince enough Senate Democrats (and Republicans) to support HR 4138. The Democrats are fed up with Obama and want him to follow the law under Article 2, Section 3 of the Constitution, which this bill requires him to do.  If he doesn't uphold the law, Members of Congress will be allowed under the ENFORCE Act to sue the Executive branch, including Obama personally. So far, Obama has refused to uphold our immigration laws, our welfare laws, our warfare laws and even Obamacare! It's time to rein Obama in with the ENFORCE Act. We were even able to sway House Speaker and Obama-Cheerleader John Boehner to support the bill. When Obama said he'd veto it, Boehner said, "The fact that [Obama] would threaten to veto a measure requiring him to uphold his constitutional obligations underscores why this bill is needed, and why Senate Democrats should pass it immediately." If any Democrat votes "No" on HR 4138, they will be providing ammunition to their 2014 opponents. They will pretty much be stating that we no longer have a Constitution. If Obama vetoes the ENFORCE Act... That will be a victory as well! Members of Congress will finally be able to say, "We've exhausted every other option to try to get Obama to uphold the law. The only option left is Impeachment!" Send your FaxGrams to the Senate today and urge them to immediately pass the ENFORCE Act!  If the Senate passes this act, it will be a victory over Obama no matter what he does!

No one, especially Obama, is allowed to pick and choose which laws to follow and which ones to ignore. America was founded on the principle that everyone is treated equally under the law -- and the law applies equally to all. America can either return to those roots or descend into a banana republic dictatorship under Obama. The Tea Party Army™ stands for the Constitution! You can show your support for the Constitution as well by telling the Senate to pass the ENFORCE Act and forcing Obama to follow the law!
