by Stephen Frank on 02/14/2014       Texas exports more technology than California.  Occidental Petroleum is moving its HQ from California to Texas.  Starwood Hotels is moving its call center from Lancaster to Kansas.  Guv Brown claims a surplus, when the State Controller says we have a cash deficit of over $12 billion, forget the hundreds of billions in unsustainable pension liabilities, owes the Feds $10 billion for loans to our unemployment agency, yet Sacramento does not understand why California is in a Depression?     Business have decided they are not going to stick around to pay for politically motivated junk science.  They are leaving as fast as they can.     “California has employed a variety of policies to combat climate change, including a cap-and-trade program that sets a gradually tightening limit on the amount of emissions from covered businesses and allows for the trading of emissions credits on an open market.      The state signaled it will also continue past 2020 with its low-carbon fuel standard (LCFS), which requires a reduction in the carbon intensity of transportation fuels. The fuels are measured throughout their lifecycle in an analysis that includes production and transportation as well as ultimate use.”

Poll: 64% Say Obamacare Would Have Never Passed Had Truth Been Known   by Wynton Hall  14 Feb 2014
A Fox News poll finds that 64% of Americans say Obamacare would have never passed if citizens knew back in 2009 what they know now about the law.      Interestingly, the somber sentiment garnered majorities from Republicans (74%), independents (68%), and Democrats (54%), who say the unpopular health care program would not have passed.      The poll also found that just 9% of Americans believe their family is better off under Obamacare.      Americans also view Obamacare more as a means of "controlling our lives" rather than "helping individual Americans get the health care they want." Indeed, 56% said Obamacare was about government seizing control of citizens' lives, versus just 40% who felt the government health care overhaul was about improving health care.      The findings may portend daunting electoral hurdles for Democrats come November, as 60% of independent voters and even one-third (33%) of Democrats agreed that Obamacare is more a governmental power grab than an effort to make health insurance more affordable.   LINK

BJ3: Oh, please! What disinformation!  This is why he's off our "Real Patriot" list. ZERO CREDIBILITY.
    For his purposes, he reportedly defined "natural born citizen" as "born of one citizen parent, no matter where".  We know of no retraction. Ergo, he promotes impeachment because then Mr. Obama "is" "NBC" eligible, since his "mother" was a citizen. Only problem there is that not ONE shred of a valid, rightly-certified original birth document proof has been provided by Mr. Obama, So who knows who his bio-parents were?...or whether or not he's POTUS eligible?
   HOWEVER, that then would make Sen. Cruz eligible on the same basis...and shredding the Constitution (or as GB2 reportedly said..."It's just a piece of paper"). To the "chase", as MANY are now saying, impeachment is a loser as it will FAIL at conviction. That then is akin to giving Mr. Obama "congressional legitimacy" without his having provided HIS OWN, ACTUAL, AT BIRTH, valid, rightly-certified as HIS "original Hawaiian Birth certificate" document, the one he reportedly sealed and vaulted.
    And further, impeachment, even with "resignation" at perceived conviction, does not go to "null and void"; so everything done would stand. There is precedent, you know.   Oh, and you can't go by what Mr. Obama says because he did not witness his own conception or birth.  Now, does any of that sound like a winning plan to any of you?
