Obamacare Advice program sparks fights
 By Elise Viebeck  -  07/16/13 ......An ObamaCare program that advises consumers on their new health insurance options is sparking fights across the country from critics who say it puts consumers at risk of fraud.  Eighteen states have enacted or are considering legislation to apply tougher requirements to “navigators,” the people and organizations who will help patients shop for health insurance on the Affordable Care Act’s new marketplaces. 
Republicans in Congress have also taken up the charge, arguing that the navigator program could admit felons or allow the theft of consumers’ personal information.   LINK

Today, just as Congress is preparing to recess until the second week in September, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) reintroduced legislation that would deal a deadly blow to nutritional supplements.  This bill is a naked new FDA power grab—an attempt to move us one step closer to a full FDA pre-approval system for supplements. That, of course, would just make supplements insanely expensive, like drugs—if you could get them at all.   URGENT! Please write to your senators immediately and tell them to stop Sen. Durbin’s frontal attack on your right to use supplements dead in its tracks! We don’t need this new legislation—all we need is for existing laws to be fully enforced. We do need our access to nutritional supplements to be protected.

BJ3 Comment: As many of you know, our personal view on the related below is that we don't know if he is "natural born citizen" , POTUS eligible or not...because he has yet to publicly provide HIS OWN, ACTUAL, reportedly sealed and vaulted (at $5 million taxpayer expense), VALID, RIGHTLY-CERTIFIED, ORIGINAL HAWAIIAN BIRTH CERTIFICATE. All that's been "released" (and none by him) are two electronic images, one INVALID (says so on the document) and the other NOT CERTIFIED as his "Original Hawaiian Birth Certificate (plus the word "THE" in the "certification" is spelled "TXE". And you can't go by what he says because he too did not witness his own birth or conception.  So how would he know?
   The really unsaory part is that ALL republican Congresscritters who were contacted by their constituents (thousands at the least) to demand his Birth Certificate (as described above) REFUSED.

Then shows US SENATOR GARY HART (remember that he RAN FOR PRESIDENT IN 84 and 88 was a DEMONcrat…so he was in on the EVIL!) announcing after 911 that this could be used to establish Bush’s New World Order.   Oh and by the way, BUSH WAS REPUBLICAN and GARY WAS DEMONcrat… and you still think they are on opposite side?!!!           Is it coming together for you yet?

JUST LISTEN TO WHAT COMES OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS!!!  Do I have to remind you of Obama’s statement… “we are HOURS away from FUNDAMENTALLY changing AMERICAN”  on the eve of his 2008 election!!!......ALL UNDER TWO MINUTES~!!!
