Obama's Campaign Organization is Now Flooding Gov. Brian Sandoval's Office with Phone Calls!

Less than an hour ago, I received a copy of the following email that Obama's "Organizing for America" sent out to its followers...

When it comes to preventing gun violence in Nevada, there's good news and bad news.

The good news: Yesterday afternoon, the Nevada Legislature passed Senate Bill 221, which will strengthen our gun laws, including requiring background checks on all gun purchases. That's huge.

The bad news: Governor Brian Sandoval has threatened to veto it.

He has nine days to sign this bill into law. So here's something you can do right now to help change his mind -- make sure he knows where the people of Nevada stand.

Call Gov. Sandoval's office at (775) 684-5670 and tell him to sign this important background checks bill today.

Then, report back and let us know how your call went.

I'm going to be honest with you: The other side, funded by the gun lobby, isn't going to be shy about making their voices heard. Even though they're in the extreme minority on this issue, Gov. Sandoval is going to hear a lot from those folks -- and he'll use their voices to justify a veto.

We need to be louder.

This bill will keep weapons out of the hands of people who shouldn't have them, such as criminals and those with serious mental illnesses. It will also require that all gun sales be subject to a background check -- including those sold at gun shows.

It's just common sense -- and most Nevadans agree. In fact, 86 percent of Nevadans support requiring background checks on all gun purchases.

When you call the governor, tell him you're one of the 86 percent, and you want to see Senate Bill 221 become law in Nevada.

I just heard from someone in Carson City who told me the governor's office is, indeed, being slammed with phone calls from these anti-gun Obamacons...mostly out-of-state activists and agitators.

And with all due respect, we've seen Gov. Sandoval wilt under pressure before - so don't take this threat from Obama's campaign gang lightly.

Your gun rights will not be safe in Nevada until the governor vetoes SB221.  And he needs to hear from you ASAP!
