Actually... according to The Hill, Boehner said that "a select committee would be expensive and time-consuming"and that House committees which DON'T have authority beyond what is needed to put on a good dog-and-pony show "are working diligently on these issues."
Make no mistake, Boehner IS slow-walking on Benghazi-Gate. That's why 114 House Republicans and Members of the Senate (including RINOs like Lindsey Graham and John McCain) are demanding a Special Select Committee be formed... a committee with the power to issue subpoenas to Team Obama stooges... a committee with the power to offer immunity to whistleblowers and the Benghazi-Gate survivors that Team Obama has gagged... a committee with the power to actually PUNISH wrong-doers... BUT JOHN BOEHNER IS STANDING IN THE WAY.
It's clear that Barack Obama isn't the only one trying to sweep this horrendous tragedy under the rug. Just as he slow-walked and sabotaged the wheels of justice on Fast and Furious, Boehner is once again coming to the aid of the Obama Regime by slow-walking efforts to really get at the truth on Benghazi-Gate.

We're Not Making This Accusation Lightly.
In an article that was titled "Boehner Faces Rebellion in Ranks Over Benghazi Probe," Newsmax writes: "[L]awmakers don't believe House Speaker John Boehner and other GOP leaders have done enough to examine and report on the tragedy in Libya that took the lives of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans on Sept. 11, 2012."
So what is all the fuss about?
Simply put, to counter the slow-walking and the ongoing token investigations that are still being conducted behind closed doors, Congressman Frank Wolf and 113 House Members have signed onto H. Res 36, a resolution authorizing Congress to form an independent 19 member committee of Senators and Congressmen that will be properly empowered to ask the real questions that need to asked on Benghazi-Gate.
Moving forward on such a widely-supported request to get at the truth should be a no-brainer, but, as reported by The Hill, Boehner is stalling... claiming that "a select committee would be expensive and time-consuming to create."
Breitbart, in an article titled, "Boehner Idle as GOP Calls for Select Committees on Benghazi" writes that legislators who are trying get at the truth of what happened in Benghazi are being "blown off by Republican leadership on the House side."
And Breitbart adds: "Both Boehner and Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), along with other Democrats, rebuffed the idea of a joint select committee to investigate the Benghazi attack."
Boehner... Reid... and Democrats... That is intolerable and it's time for Mr. Boehner to decide whether he's with Barack Hussein Obama or whether he's with the American people.

The "Lackadaisical" Speaker Of The House...
The letter from this group of over 700 veterans states: "We write you out of grave concern that the events of 9/11/12 in Benghazi are being given insufficient attention in the House of Representatives under your leadership."
The letter goes on to state: "On numerous occasions, you demonstrated satisfaction with the White House's response to Congressional inquiries, despite the lack of accountability and of specificity of testimony in those inquiries. To date, you have also refused to form a Select Committee to fully investigate what took place during the terrorist attack."
The American people were promised answers on Benghazi-gate seven months ago and with each passing day it becomes more and more clear that a cover-up of massive proportions... a cover-up that can bring the Obama Regime down... is going on.
And by the way, the letter from those more than 700 veterans also states that if Boehner continues to refuse to take action he should be replaced with a House Speaker "who WILL see to it that answers are forthcoming."
We wholeheartedly agree. Enough is enough. It clear, Boehner either needs to lead or get out of the way and the pressure that patriotic Americans, like you, can bring to bear will make one or the other happen.

And Here's The First Questions That The Special Select Committee Needs To Ask.
According to all official accounts that have come out thus far... NADA. We have no idea what Barack Obama was doing as Americans were being attacked by armed aggressors on American soil.
Who was in the White House Situations Room during the attack? Was a Senior U.S. Military Official present and where were Leon Panetta and General Martin Dempsey during the crisis?
Exactly how much time did Team Obama spend coordinating that idiotic YouTube video story? Is it entirely possible that Barack Obama was concocting a cover story when he should have been coordinating an effort to save American lives?
And what was Ambassador Chris Stevens doing in Benghazi in the first place? Exactly how credible are the reports that Stevens was the point man in helping the Obama Regime cover-up the fact that the United States was either intentionally or unintentionally supplying weapons to enemies of America?
There are more questions but one thing is clear. People died so that Barack Obama could keep a secret from the American people and we can't allow John Boehner to let Barack Obama get away with it.
