Many vulnerable Senators are being shielded from an ObamaCare repeal vote by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has now filed an amendment that would repeal ObamaCare, but Harry Reid refuses to bring it to the Senate floor.

In spite of leftist attempts to paint conservatives as obstructionists, the truth is that the Senate’s choke point for any meaningful vote is Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.
Reid’s actions (or lack of them) are an election year “stonewalling” to make sure vulnerable liberal senators do not have to be held accountable for their voting records. Harry Reid will do anything to keep the Senate under his control when the dust has settled after the 2012 elections!

As I’m sure you know, on Wednesday the House of Representatives overwhelmingly voted to repeal ObamaCare, 244 to 185 – a lopsided bipartisan win.
Liberty Counsel Action team members sent over 50,000 faxes through our Fax Barrage and made a very large number of phone calls were made in achieving that victory! Our consistent interaction with Capitol Hill DOES make a difference.
Now we are calling out the Senate – including your Nevada Senators!
Minority Leader McConnell’s vehicle to repeal ObamaCare is an amendment to the Small Business Jobs and Tax Relief Act (S. 2237) and essentially matches the legislation passed by the House.
But with Harry Reid and his sycophants in the Senate refusing to bring the ObamaCare repeal measure to the Senate floor for a vote, it will take a massive grassroots effort and outcry from American citizens to get past Reid’s blockade and pressure senators to get McConnell’s initiative to the floor.
I believe that, following the horrendous Supreme Court ruling, Harry Reid knows that ObamaCare would be repealed in the Senate if he allowed the vote to happen!
If you will remember, it was only through Reid’s legislative maneuvering that ObamaCare passed in the first place. Now, it’s through Reid’s underhanded actions that ObamaCare is being allowed to continue plaguing our nation!
We want these elected representatives ON RECORD as to their support or opposition to the President's healthcare "reform" law. LCA will score their votes on our Congressional Scorecard – and, together, we will aggressively hold all Members of Congress accountable for their votes!

The will of the American people MUST be heard and reflected by an elected body whose job is one of representation! It is no exaggeration to say that the very survival of our nation is at stake in this battle over who we are as a people.
