IMPEACH Obama for High Crimes, National Security Leaks that Imperil America
"The notion that my White House would purposely release classified national security information is offensive," Barack Obama huffed and puffed during his June White House news conference asserting his innocence. "It's wrong… these are criminal acts…"
It's wrong – and criminal, no doubt about it. But now, Obama henchman David Axelrod has finallyabandoned denials that presidential aides are blameless, saying "there are leaks out of every White House…" All available evidence indicates the devastating leaks come from top Obama staffers – and Congress MUST ACT!
Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, Peter King (R-NY) has discussed in media interviews the developing investigations into the leaks on highly classified, U.S. counter-terrorism programs saying, "This is the most shameful cascade of leaks I've ever heard or seen in government. We're not talking about an incidental leak coming out… We're talking about leaks involving two of the most sensitive programs in the United States government."
"Many asked the question, me included: Can you have the U.S. Attorney, assigned through the Attorney General, investigate something that is clearly going to be at the most senior levels of all of the Executive Branch?" Mike Rogers, Chairman of the House of Representatives Intelligence Committee, told interviewers on Face the Nation.
"Some of the leaks and the public leaks are self-described aides or people who were in the Situation Room – that's a pretty small but pretty important group of people," Rogers noted.
While government leaks have become routine in Washington political life, the flurry of highly classified national security disclosures has many observers charging that the leaks appear vulgarly political, deliberate and calculated to depict Obama as a forceful wartime leader, in hopes of boosting his sagging re-election prospects.
Five major leaks of classified data manifestly originating from somewhere high up in the Obama administration has members of Congress on both sides of the aisle rightfully up in arms. As noted in a treatment in Politico magazine and elsewhere, these are:
- Acknowledging U.S. responsibility and implicating Israel in the Stuxnet cyberattack on Iranian nuclear facilities;
- The foiling of a second ‘underwear bomber' attempt that compromises al Qaeda Arabian Peninsula intelligence sources;
- An Obama "kill list" targeting accused terrorists abroad;
- The disclosure of foreign intelligence assets, including the Pakistani doctor who aided in locating Osama bin Laden; and
- The release of highly restricted material to a Hollywood studio making a movie about the take-down of bin Laden.
And these leaks follow upon earlier unauthorized release by Obama appointees of U.S. and Israeli intelligence and defense plans, including high-security contingency preparations against Iran's galloping nuclear program, should Israel have to wage combat with the Islamic Republic.
The New York Times has published leftist and pro-Obama reporter David Sanger's excruciatingly detailed dump of classified information on the Stuxnet computer virus, revealing National Security Agency (NSA) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) methods, sources and techniques. The Stuxnet leak not only compromises our cyber warfare capabilities, but brags to Iran and the rest of the hostile Arab world about United States responsibility for first use of these weapons – dangerously inviting retaliation against American and Israeli interests.
Countless commentators and analysts ascribe these leaks to Obama re-election campaign strategy, designed to make Obama look decisive as a wartime "leader" and thereby promote his and his Democrat Party's political fortunes in the upcoming 2012 elections.
Flailing on jobs and the economy; infuriating on support for Israel; widely alienating on ObamaCare, the abortion mandate, homosexual marriage and other social issues; Obama MUST create the false public impression that he is at least a strong Commander-in-Chief, "in charge" on national security issues. Hence, all the Obama credit-taking for the Osama assassination, plus the desperate national security leaking of "kill lists," tough guy leadership poses and strutting of combat decision making.
But at what cost to our nation's safety, and that of our allies? These national security leaks imperil our nation, endanger our service personnel, and compromise our intelligence assets.These are high crimes and misdemeanors; they have occurred at the highest levels of Obama's inside circle; and for an occupant of the Oval Office – however illicit, "the buck stops there."

In a series of tyrannical abuses and attacks on the Constitution, Barack Obama quietly tightens his stranglehold, instilling fear and compliance, and choking the other two branches of the federal government as he seeks to complete his full and total control over America.
WHERE IS THE CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEE OF OUR RIGHTS AND LIBERTY?

Our Founding Fathers created our system of separated powers, and checks and balances, beginning with three CO-EQUAL branches of government, specifically to prevent a tyrant from seizing control of America from her sovereign citizens, We the People.
Our Founders knew that without those other two branches of government, America's "Presidency" with its Executive Branch would dissolve into a dictatorship bent on enslaving the people.
WE ARE NOW ON THE VERY BRINK OF LOSING AMERICA TO JUST SUCH A DICTATOR, A SERIAL VIOLATIOR OF OUR CONSTITUTION.
Congress MUST stop Obama NOW. We cannot wait until the elections (if we are even allowed to hold elections under Obama's new Executive Orders, actions and incitements) for by then it may be too late. If Congress does not act NOW, it is NOT inconceivable that Barack Obama will have seized full control and the AMERICAN REPUBLIC COULD BE LOST FOREVER.
A House resolution demanding Obama's impeachment should the president abuse military force or technology domestically, or use offensive military force abroad (again!) without authorization of an act of Congress has been introduced on Capitol Hill. This followed immediately upon Defense Secretary Panetta's shocking statements that Obama's defense policy consists of asking for international permission, not Congressional permission when it comes to U.S. use of force, and deploying our uniformed men and women abroad in harm's way.
Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the Constitution gives Congress the exclusive power to declare war. But Barack Hussein Obama doesn't think he needs Congress' approval foranything even for initiating U.S. military action overseas!
The Obama administration made it very clear during a Senate Armed Services Committee meeting that Obama will do whatever he wants. Defense Secretary Panetta declared that he and Obama look not to Congress for permission or approval of offensive military force abroad but instead look to international organizations such as the United Nations or NATO to lend "legal authority" to their actions.
Responding to pointed Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) over who determines the proper and legal use of the U.S. military, Panetta said, "Our goal would be to seek international permission and we would come to the Congress and inform you and determine how best to approach this, whether or not we would want to get permission from the Congress – I think those are issues we would have to discuss as we decide what to do here." When asked again what was the legal foundation for U.S. military force, Panetta again brought up international permissions in the form for a NATO coalition or UN resolution.
Despite repeated efforts to get Panetta to acknowledge that the United States Congress has the sole legal authority to deploy the United States military in armed conflict abroad, Panetta exalted the power of international organizations over the U.S. legislative branch.
Needless to say, Panetta's comments dumbfounded Sen. Jeff Sessions and every other upholder of the Constitution of the United States of America. But in a sense, no one was surprised – after all, Barack Hussein Obama is a serial violator of the Constitution, the separation and balance of powers, and the rule of law. He defies Congressional and court subpoenas, conceals his records, and cheats on his campaign disclosures. He grovels abroad, bullies at home, reneges on our treaties, violates our long-standing alliances, and denigrates international special relationships. He despises American nationalism and forges indiscriminate globalism. He betrays our friends and rewards our enemies. He cannot keep his word or stick to binding legal, diplomatic or political accords. He lies.
Obama is strategically and systematically acting to destroy We the People's material capacity to exercise our liberty. His socialist economic policies, the jobs and monetary collapse, his deficit spending, his gun control agenda, his open borders and pro-amnesty policies, and his ObamaCare mandates ALL act to make Americans MORE DEPENDENT ON GOVERNMENT. They WEAKEN our strength to exercise our freedom.
And now Obama is INTENTIONALLY LEAKING HIGHLY CLASSIFIED INFORMATION, and putting OUR NATIONAL SECURITY into the hands of the foreign countries running international money-pits like the United Nations or NATO.
We should have seen this coming. In June last year, Obama dismissed the need for congressional authorization when he committed our military to the 'not-a-war' in Libya, saying, "I don't even have to get to the Constitutional question." After the fact, Obama made a disingenuous stab at Constitutionality by sending a letter to Speaker John Boehner in which Obama said the assault was "authorized by the United Nations Security Council."
Obama's own actions have laid the grounds for House impeachment proceedings, and America's only chance at self-preservation requires that those proceedings begin NOW.Obama and Panetta's declared they no longer represent the American people when they put the authority of an international body above the legislative branch, and ABOVE OUR CONSTITUTION.
Not only is Obama's policy on the use of military force a constitutional issue (as if that weren't traitorous enough!) but it is a policy issue – handing over America's national security to international organizations like NATO or the UN is handing away our ability to defend ourselves pre-emptively or after the fact. We cannot risk America's future on an election in eight months that may very well allow Obama to occupy the Oval Office for four more years, if not for as long as he likes. In six months, if Obama is reelected and facing four more years of this unConstitutional abuse, America may not be able to recover from the ceaseless assaults we have endured on our freedom. Impeachment right now may be our only chance to rein in Obama and save America from more destruction and who knows how rigged an election in November. That's why we must strike now while the iron is red-hot and impeach this anti-Constitutional, anti-American tyrant.
Obama's own actions meet the Constitutional standard for impeachment. Make no mistake, this is our only chance to stop a dictatorship in the making – WE MUST ACT NOW!
As recently argued in the 9th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, America is navigating uncharted waters in the Obama assault upon way of life, our Constitution and our ordered liberty! We have no historical or legal precedent for the audacious denigration we are suffering upon our lawful institutions of responsible self-government by the Obama regime.
It is simply a fact that NO controlling legal authority has made a determination in these vital matters. If in the first instance Obama was never eligible under the Constitution to serve as president, then he sits in the Oval Office unlawfully and must be removed either by the Courts or by Congress. Further, if found ineligible, Obama has then never been a lawful president and full impeachment proceedings would cease to apply; he would thereby be compelled to resign or be removed from office as a usurper.
Unless Congress begins formal investigation proceedings NOW, Obama may never be properly vetted and determined to be Constitutionally qualified or not to hold office. He is actively and aggressively running for re-election – and the lawfulness of his first term could become a pale historical question against the Constitutional damage wrought by toleration of a second unlawful term.
As Gary Kreep of the U.S. Justice Foundation argued before the federal Appellate Justices, "Nobody is willing to take on this issue" even though "John McCain was the subject of Congressional deliberation and analysis on whether he was eligible – and a ruling was issued. Why McCain and not Obama?"
- Obama has Defense Secretary Leon Panetta testify to Congress that Administration policy dictates war will be waged without Constitution-mandated Congressional authorization – Obama Administration surrenders sovereign U.S. war-making to foreign powers and international authorities
- Obama makes "recess" appointments when Senate is in session – Obama violates Constitution Article I Section 5, Separation of Powers, checks and balances
- Obama suspends right of habeas corpus and Posse Comitatus – Obama signs National Defense Authorization Act with no protections of rights for U.S. citizens
- Obama attacks Libya without consulting Congress – Obama Administration surrenders sovereign U.S. war-making to foreign powers and international authorities
- ObamaCare ruled unconstitutional and ordered to halt by Federal Court –Obama Administration states it will implement regardless of Federal Courts

- Oil Drilling Moratorium declared unconstitutional, ban lifted by Federal Court –Obama Administration continues to prevent drilling regardless of Federal Courts
- Defense of Marriage Act overwhelmingly passed by the 104th Congress and signed into law by former President Bill Clinton – Obama Administration announces unilaterally its Department of Justice it will no longer enforce the law
- Arizona SB 1070 Immigration Enforcement Act overwhelmingly passed by AZ Legislature – Obama Justice Department brings unconstitutional lawsuit against Arizona state
- LTC Terrance Lakin, US Army seeks confirmation of lawful orders from CinC, is court martialed, sentenced to Leavenworth Prison – Obama and DOJ stonewall all proof of presidential eligibility under U.S. Constitution
It is now clear the Obama Administration is actively working to overthrow the Constitutional protections granted by our Founding Fathers through the separation of powers. There can be no denying this Administration is in complete contempt of the U.S. Constitution, and in active defiance of the expressed Will of the People, and the Judicial and Congressional branches of the government – in effect replacing the Rule of Law with the seedbed of tyranny.
Cleon Skousen, in his book The 5,000 Year Leap, lays out a vivid explanation of the separation and balance of powers, illustrated with a three headed eagle.- Central head = the law-making or legislative function with two eyes – the House and the Senate – and these must both see reasonably eye-to-eye on any piece of legislation before it can become law.
- Left head = the Administrative or Executive Department with all authority centered in a single strong President, operating within a clearly defined framework of limited power.
- Right head = the Judiciary which was assigned the task of acting as an objective guardian of the Constitution and an interpreter of its principles as originally designed by the Founders.
- Left Wing = the problem-solving wing attached to the Executive; sensitive to the perceived needs of the people, whose appointees devise elaborate plans to solve these problems.
- Right wing = attached to the Congress; has the responsibility of conserving the nation's resources and the people's freedom. One function is to assess the proposed programs of the left wing to determine propriety, affordability and the effect upon freedom these proposals might have.
The genius, according to Skousen, of the American system is not only the separation of powers but the fact that all three branches operate through a central system. The Founders carefully integrated these three departments so that each was coordinated with the others and could not function independently: crafting "Coordination without Consolidation." Balance is essential, for if both wings fulfill their assigned duties the American eagle will fly straight and high. However, if either wing becomes overbearing or distorted, the American eagle of governance will drift toward anarchy or tyranny.
Unfortunately, through its repeated lawlessness and anti-republicanism, the Obama Administration has willfully desecrated the Constitutional balance established by our Forefathers. This defiance of the Rule of Law has withered the system of checks and balances and established a despotic Executive branch. The "imperial" presidency with its "czars" and unaccountable bureaucracy is so powerful that neither Congress nor the Judiciary seems able to stop our inevitable slide into Socialism, or even a full dictatorship. Today, the Left wing and Executive branch completely dwarf the other departments that were intended to hold presidential power balanced and in check.
If we are to stop the relentless march to Marxism and a complete dictatorship headed by Obama and his Leftist revolutionaries, CONGRESS MUST IMPEACH NOW! We cannot afford to give Obama even one more day to further illicitly consolidate power. WE MUST ACT NOW!
