Attorney General Eric Holder has been officially subpoenaed by U.S. Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
"IT'S TIME WE KNEW THE WHOLE TRUTH!" Issa blasted. And those are the exact words we have been using for over one-half year in communicating about this fiasco and ATF sham!
Amid the backdrop of various other "stonewalling" and "perjury" actions by Holder, he still maintains his innocence. When pressed by a reporter about Operation Fast and Furious on Tuesday, Holder quicklyabandoned the news conference.
Issa's 22-point subpoena goes not just to Holder, but it reaches the depths of the White House itself! It requests:"ALL communication between Department of Justice employees and Executive Office of the President employees referring or relating to the President's March 22, 2011 interview with Jorge Ramos of Univision."This is when President Obama said that neither he nor Holder had authorized Fast and Furious.
Rep. Darrell Issa states: "Top Justice Department officials, including Attorney General Holder, know more about Operation Fast and Furious than they have publicly acknowledged. The documents this subpoena demands will provide answers to questions that Justice officials have tried to avoid since this investigation began eight months ago."
The subpoena also lists 15 other high-ranking Justice Department officials by name and requests any communications from them on the operation.
Eric Holder continues to deny all charges. At the Tuesday press conference, Holder stated: "We have sent thousands of pages of documents up to the Hill. We'll look at the subpoenas. I'm sure we will undoubtedly comply with them. But what I want the American people to understand is that in complying with those subpoenas and dealing with that inquiry that will not detract us from the important business that we are here to do at the Justice Department, including matters like the one that we have announced today." (the Iranian plot against the Saudi Arabian Ambassador to America)
However, recently revealed memos and emails indicate that Eric Holder actually perjured himself before the congressional investigation committee.

The Department of Justice continues to absolve Holder of any wrongdoing! DOJ spokesperson Tracy Schmaler stated: "We've made clear from the beginning that the Department intends to work with the committee to answer legitimate questions. However, this subpoena shows that Chairman Issa is more interested in generating headlines than in real oversight important to the American people."
Democrats maintained a united front of obstruction, U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD), the Oversight Committee's ranking minority member declared: "This subpoena is a deep-sea fishing expedition and a gross abuse of the committee's authority.....rather than legitimate fact-gathering, this looks more like a political stunt."
LYING TO CONGRESS IS NOT A "POLITICAL STUNT!"
According to Fox News: "The subpoena targeting Holder aims to get at the heart of the authorization for the program, and when the people in charge decided the program was a problem.
"Issa said those officials, who may or may not include Holder, would have known that the program was facing objections from law enforcement personnel in the field, but appeared to continue to let guns ‘walk' across the border.
"We didn't just have a few (guns) not be tracked. The whole program was about not tracking them until they were found in the scenes of crimes. And they didn't just allow. They facilitated just one guy buy, one straw buy, over 700 weapons, Issa said."
U.S. Rep. Raul Labrador (R-ID), emphasized: "By the time Officer Terry had been killed, there were other crimes linked to these guns. Why did he not do the research and find out how much his office knew? He was either lying or willfully neglecting to do his due diligence before he came before Congress."

But let me assure you, this is NOT the first time that Attorney General Eric Holder has either stonewalled or perjured himself!
Let's look at his record:
- The New Black Panther Party civil complaint, within the last year---in which charges of voter intimidation were ordered DROPPED after the case had been won in court. Holder was questioned on his refusal to allow Justice Department officials to testify in separate inquiries by the United States Congress and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights!
- In 1999, Eric Holder REFUSED to tell a Senate committee whether the Justice Department had recommended against President Clinton's offer of clemency to 16 Puerto Rican nationalists a month after then-Attorney General Janet Reno said their release posed a national security threat, according to theWashington Times.
- In 2001, the House Government Reform Committee questioned the accuracy of Mr. Holder's depiction of what he did as deputy attorney general in the last-minute pardon by President Clinton of fugitive financier Marc Rich, whose former wife, Denise Rich, had donated $1.3 million to Democrats.
Eric Holder's past lies have come back to haunt him!
NOW---he is facing the biggest battle of his life. NOW---he is facing the biggest lies of his career!
Eric Holder's lack of being "trustworthy" is more than just a grave concern, according to Congress. He must now be a "thorn in the flesh" to President Barack Obama. Holder literally LIED to Congress. And he must be either FIRED or RESIGN!

On October 7th, Eric Holder wrote and accused congressional investigators of "political posturing" and maintained that his May 3rd testimony before the House Judiciary Committee was "truthful and accurate."
LIES!! His memos and emails indicated that he knew specifically of the operation ONE YEAR prior to when he acknowledged that he did! He is guilty of perjury!
Holder has made "numerous statements about Fast and Furious that have eventually been proven to be untrue." HE MUST RESIGN. PLEASE FAX CONGRESS TODAY!

U.S. Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA), who led the congressional investigation into Operation Fast and Furious with Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), said these new documents prove Holder knew the details of the operation and debunk the DOJ's latest explanation which claimed Holder did know about Fast and Furious, but was unaware of its specific details. Right!
In short---Eric Holder must resign NOW!
More importantly than LYING to Congress---he is guilty of being an "Accessory to Murder!"
The communications tell the story of the lies! The only thing that Holder must do is to.....RESIGN!
Newly released documents show that Holder was informed about Fast and Furious in memos from July, 2010, which obviously contradicts his May 3rd testimony before Congress when he explained: "I'm not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks." WRONG!
Eric Holder needs to resign as soon as possible. Will you help us to ask Congress to assist in that resignation effort?
We have been warning you for the past several months that Attorney General Eric Holder KNEW all about the Operation Fast and Furious, despite his denials.
The Attorney General committed PERJURY! HOLDER MUST RESIGN!
We are talking about human lives being lost; and the Attorney General trying to cover himself. Mr. Holder---there was NO tracking mechanism on these weapons; and the weapons have been used in more than 200 murders.
Eric Holder must resign! Plain and simple. How can we have the nation's top law enforcement person lying to Congress? He must be held accountable. And I know this special prosecutor will get to the bottom of this! Or will he?
Eric Holder must be made to tell the truth of what he knew and when...even if it gets his boss, President Obama, in hot water! Eric Holder must GO!
How many more murdered U.S. agents---or how many more murdered Mexicans---will happen due to the Fast and Furious guns.
How many more will be murdered before true justice is done?
LYING to Congress is not acceptable! Will you please call for the resignation of Eric Holder as Attorney General because his lack of leadership has caused the murder of federal agents due to Fast and Furious! He has perjured himself by lying to Congress!
