Thinking about this just this morning in greater depth I think I have a greater insight to the bizarre nature of this deception.  And a great deception it is.  We have all been bamboozled.  In an effort to provide some clarification let me expand on the following.

If we the people are the only source of authorization of a government (Federalist #49 - information provided courtesy of Patriot James Seigfreid) and de facto was created without our consent then it is not lawfully installed.  Therefore all actions initiated by the de facto are unlawful and without authority.  They are null and void.

They only seem to be lawful due to a deception perpetrated by the members of the de facto government.  To assume things are legitimate because the citizens did not reject the actions is just plain nonsense.  This is the premise Obama has taken and by Congress failing to restrain him, he claims his right to persist.  Al Capone dressed in a tux is still Al Capone...a criminal!

This is clearly a divisive tactic employed by this criminal cabal to justify its legitimacy.  The government has not been lawfully seated for over 140 years.  We are simply playing into the hands of the criminal cabal by debating any of this nonsense (eligibility of Obama, the debt ceiling) as it provides them the appearance of legitimately and furthers the perceived acceptance by the people, by default.

The extensive abuse of the effects of the de facto/Obama's use of this strategy keeps coming back to this simple example.  It is ridiculous no one has taken a strong enough stand.  The Dinner Roll

By the way....some further thoughts to consider...since we are guaranteed a republic form of government under the Constitution and we do not have one this is further justification to toss out the entire de facto and try them for treason.  All of them!

Also as a member of a republic form of government, and this applies to any member, the principle thatthe abuse of rights of just one citizen is all that is required to cause an appropriate remedy to be applied by the rule of law. This is true even though the outcome may affect the entire population of the republic.

You can see the important implications here as it squashes the notion that we need a massive number of people to impose some corrective measures to the republic system.  I see this as just one more piece of the deception; the conspiratorial deception deliberately perpetrated by de facto in order to sustain this fraud.

The net result in my view, is all actions created by this de facto government unlawfully established has no legal authority to act in the capacity of representing the people of the United States.  This is regardless of any claims to the contrary.

I see this the same as any corporation, like ABC for example to state a claim that it represents the people of the United States as its government and if at least (arbitrarily) 10,000,000 people do nothing to oppose their claim, it becomes so by default. This just one more deceptive trick used to install this criminal cabal.  It will only be possible to accomplish such a fraud and to maintain it if there is some sort of police or military power of sufficient size to create the impression they would enforce such a state.

What makes this board game turn into reality is if if the people dealing with ABC, on a commercial basis,  give recognition to ABC as the lawful representatives of the people of the United States.  Assuming they have the lawful recognition does not make it so, as they are making this claim without the consent of the people.

To prove the point (credit for raising this point goes to my friend Joe in Brooklyn) we simply need to ask de facto by what authority do they claim to be the legal representatives of the people of the united states?  Stating they represent the people by default since the people have not denied their claim is a blatant distortion of the law as twisted by attorneys who, by the way, based on the original 13th Amendment, cannot hold elected office.
