UNIONS MUST BE REINED IN

Why I Am Anti-Union

Unions have their place but not in anything other than Wage/Hour negotiations. This would include Holiday scheduling.

What Unions have done is to interject themselves into matters where they have no expertise nor capability to learn of their lack of knowledge.

School Unions - They are interjecting themselves in matters such as: Sex Education; Curriculum Management; Book decisions; Teaching matters, and other matters that have no bearing whatever on proper education. The interference is leading to the lack of proper education of the children of America.


Police Unions - If there is malfesense on the part of a Police Officer the Union acts as an attorney demanding that they represent  that Police Officer and going so far as to render legal advice which they have no expertise in. This is blatantly exercising the Practice of Law without a license.

Unions are demanding that their members protest the actions of Legislators that curtail their profitability. The member of a Union should never be expected to interfere with anything that deals with the profitability of a Union.

Unions should be barred from political activities unless they are equal to both Political Partys. There must be no interference with any process effecting the voting of any member! Why should a Union select just what Public Servant they want to bargain with? Why should they have any effect on the outcome of any election?

Currently Unions are disrupting the actions of Legislation's of entire State Governments solely to retain their control of matters where they have no expertise. The mentality of the Union Representatives is more like the mentality of uneducated goons and thugs who cajole, threaten and try to intimidate anyone who does not agree with their lust for power and profit.

In my business life I had to deal with Unions. I have watched their thugs attempt to disrupt businesses solely for their own profit. I have been shot at by Union thugs and have had to defend myself from attacks. In each situation there was no gain by the employees the Unions sought to represent. None whatever.

Union higher management types are advising the President of the United States on how best they can contribute to his continuing in office by allying with their forces. This is corruption at the highest level of government.

Of not 'reined in' now Unions will be an adversary to the honest working people of this nation for years to come!
