Recently disgraced New York Senator Chuck Schumer was caught saying that he had been INSTRUCTED to keep using the word extreme in an attempt to lay blame for a government shutdown at the feet of the Tea Party.
With the calls for civility after the Tucson shootings long forgotten, Schumer and the rest of the liberal drones are accusing the Tea Party of wanting to kill women (for not supporting taxpayer-funded abortions) and even comparing Tea Party members to fleas! These malicious attacks would be headline news if made by Tea Party members but when a senior Democrat member of the Senate makes them, it goes mostly ignored by the media.
The Hill is reporting that Schumer called the Tea Party fleas on the floor of the Senate. Hypocrisy and double standards are staples of liberals but these ad hominem attacks on hard working people who are committed to reducing a bloated government must not go unchallenged. First, they tried to portray us as insignificant and failed. Then they tried to portray us as racists and were rejected by the American people. Now they will say and do anything to discredit us because they fear us!
They fear us because they know that we are watching, and they also know that we are not beholden to anybody but our members. Your continued and generous support allows us to remain independent of the culture of corruption that has driven our economy to the brink of destruction! While they try to discredit us, we continue to grow in numbers and in strength. With your help we are STEAMROLLING towards 2012, and cowards like Chuck Schumer know it!
