The Left Is Buying Florida Newsrooms

ConservativeHQ

By CHQ Staff

Whether they are accepting funding, relying on support, or just using the work of dark money outlets like Jason Garcia’s Seeking Rents, or Floodlight News, or ProPublica, so-called "mainstream" media outlets are increasingly doing so without questioning the source of the support, while cloaking their reporting behind a facade of objectivity.

FBI SWAT raids home of Catholic pro-lifer with guns drawn terrifies his wife and kids

Once again, we see Democrats making the process the punishment. This matter has already been thrown out of court once and we expect Mark Houck to be found innocent of these charges, but he will be forced to spend a ruinous amount of money to defend himself - money that could and should be spent saving the lives of the unborn awaiting murder at the hands of his vile accuser.

The Right Resistance: How Donald Trump’s MAGA replaced and improved on the Tea Party

By Jerffery A. Rendall
Contrary to the opinions of most liberals, the MAGA movement is not solely about slavish devotion to Donald Trump, and there are many, many MAGA leaders from coast-to-coast. Trump may or may not run again in 2024 and Congress may or may not go Republican after this year, but one thing is for certain: MAGA is here to stay. Get used to it, liberals.

Florida's MAGA governor Ron DeSantis last week signed Executive Order 22-216 to prohibit government entities from procuring technology products and services from companies owned by, or domiciled in foreign "countries of concern."

The Right Resistance: Will Ron DeSantis leap through his 2024 widnow of opportunity?

By Jerffery A. Rendall
The window of opportunity.  The dictionary defines the term as, "[A] period of time during which some action can be taken that will achieve a desired outcome."  It's not something you'll find on the side of a house or office building, but if conceptualized properly, the window of opportunity unlocks and shuts like any opening on a static wall.

My Latest 2022 Election Memo: Why Democrats Want Sky High Fuel Prices

By Richard A. Viguerie, CHQ Chairman

Conservatives know that Democrats framed the narrative theat they fevently care about the enviorment, so that is why they discourage consumption of fossil fuels.  But if we look at how the high-profile Democrat leaders live, we will see that their professed values are complete shams.

Today's Headlines:

Cover-Up Artists for Undercover Operatives

Julie Kelly, American Greatness
Why won’t top FBI officials say whether any FBI assets provoked or engaged in violent conduct on January 6? Why has the January 6 select committee failed to publicly scrutinize what the FBI did before or on January 6; in fact, it’s unclear whether congressional investigators have even interviewed FBI Director Christopher Wray. Prosecutors and Democrats act as cover-up artists for undercover operatives rather than seek facts.

Biden Avoids Speaking to Republican Governors Experiencing States of Emergency

Susan Jones, CNS News

As a major hurricane bears down on Florida, President Joe Biden already has declared a state of emergency, which allows federal agencies to mobilize relief efforts. But he has not spoken to Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis, a potential political rival. Nor did president Biden speak to Mississippi's Republican Governor Tate Reeves when flooding caused the main water facility in the capital city, Jackson, to fail in late August.

The Reaction to Giorgia Meloni Makes Everything Clear

Scott McKay, The American Spectator

The stomping of neocommunist feet is more and more rhythmic. By November, it’ll be all you hear. Will it work? It shouldn’t. But it’s all they have, so they will beat the entire country over the head with it until we’re bloody and unconscious. Just remember that the people they’re calling fascist are for small government, small business, God, country, and family. If that sounds like fascism to you, you’re part of the problem.

The Biden administration has launched its war on pro-lifers
Timothy P. Carney, Washington Examiner (Restore America)

The family and friends of Mark Houck said the scuffle involved an abortion activist harassing and screaming at Houck’s 12-year-old son until Houck shoved the man to the ground. In response, Houck’s family and friends have told reporters, the FBI this weekend sent a platoon of agents with weapons drawn to arrest Houck at his house. It sure looks like part of the Biden admin’s defense of abortion is to outlaw pro-life activity.

Abortion, Marijuana, Slavery: 11 Themes to 2022’s Ballot Measures
John Haughey, The Epoch Times

Ballot measures related to abortion, marijuana, and slavery are among a diverse array of issues voters in 37 states will see at the polls. Taxes, infrastructure bonds, crime, minimum wage, elections, and the structure of state government are also among common themes on Nov. 8 ballots nationwide. An expected flurry of Medicaid expansions and measures related to sports betting and ranked voting failed to qualify for the midterms.

Kari Lake, Liz Cheney Trade Blows in War of Words
Peter D'Abrosca, The Star News Network
At the Texas Tribune Festival Friday, U.S. Representative Liz Cheney (R-WY-01) said she would not vote for her Republican primary opponent, by whom she was beaten in a landslide earlier this year, and said she will “do whatever it takes to make sure [Arizona Republican gubernatorial nominee] Kari Lake never takes office.” Cheney even vowed to campaign for Democrats in order to keep Lake, and those like Lake -- out of office.
