Something I learned EARLY in my life - DO NOT LET THE FOX INTO THE HENHOUSE - it will kill all the hens. Then add in some perceived legitimacy with the operation (government agencies and publications use your name as a source) and BINGO you have a high level money machine which you can stash in off shore accounts.
