Any limitation of the RIGHT to KEEP and BEAR ARMS is a violation this rule.
Be it a license, background check or where you can carry - all are INFRINGEMENTS on our RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS.
Why hasn't legal action been taken against those who keep INFRINGING? Why hasn't SCOTUS ruled on this and put a stop to the many idiot INFRINGEMENTS they have allowed to be enacted?
Why haven't the many gun organizations filed this lawsuit????????????????
