Judicial Watch Victory: California Court Rules Taxpayer Lawsuit Against Gender Quotas for Corporate Boards May Go Forward

“We are pleased that the court saw through California’s flimsy claim that taxpayers had no standing to sue to stop this brazenly unconstitutional gender-quota law,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Even Gov. Tara Reade, who has accused Biden of sexually assaulting her in 1993 when she worked as a staff assistant to the then-senator, has said that she believes a workplace discrimination and harassment complaint she filed against Biden at the time may be in the records housed at the University of Delaware. Biden also admitted to communicating with Vladimir Putin and other foreign leaders when he was a United State Senator.

Daily Caller and Judicial Watch sue University of Delaware over access to Biden Senate records

The University of Delaware is facing a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit over access to former Vice President Joe Biden’s Senate records.

Conservative activist group Judicial Watch announced on Wednesday that it has filed the suiton behalf of itself and the Daily Caller News Foundation, both of which filed previous records requests to the university earlier this year for Biden’s records.
