Mary Lynn is out of surgery, and was returned directly to the trauma unit.
All went well. She did require more blood products but they had anticipated that. For now, all hardware seems to be secure, and the second specialist will be monitoring for now.
No further surgeries are expected for now. This surgery may see some arthritis problems later on, but they are not going to worry about that now.
They are going to keep working at getting her off the ventilator now, so they can hopefully begin physical therapy.
For now, they will continue to monitor her drains and the ventilator. They will probably keep her more sedated for the time being to help her rest.
It appears she is now definitely on a road to recovery. I cannot wait until they finally say she is going to make it, get her out of the trauma unit, and we can begin seeing and talking to her.
I feel the Prayers have had such a Blessed and beneficial effect. The Lord has heard those Prayers, and Mary Lynn will hopefully soon be deemed, "Going to make it."
Thank you for all of your Prayers, and for continuing to lift her in Prayer as she continues down the path to the fullest state of *Healed* that she can make. I just cannot thank all of you enough! It is so humbling to know how many of GOD'S Good People are so willing to join in Prayer for someone in so much need.
Thank You!
GOD Bless each and everyone of you,
Mairi
