Senator Scott Shakes Up Washington RINOs – For 2022 Midterms, Rick Just Pushed McConnell With A Strong Conservative Platform

 Submitted by: Jackie Juntti

McConnell is such an ENEMY WITHIN.  He can't be trusted in any way imaginal other than to dirty up all conservative plans.  His Chinese connections should tell where his loyalties stand.  The voters in Kentucky must drink a lot of that Kentucky Moonshine before voting.  I can't think of any other reason McConnell keeps getting elected.

What’s Happening:

Plenty is on the line in the 2022 midterm elections. Democrats are facing a bloodbath, with polls suggesting Republicans in a commanding lead. Democrats have failed to make good on promises over the last year. And Biden’s agenda has been an uncontrollable failure. And this opportunity puts pressure on Republicans to “seal the deal” with voters.

Some Republicans are coming up with a new “Contract with America” to win over swing voters and independents. Others, like Mike Pence, are urging candidates to secure votes with promises of protecting our liberties.

But the RINOs in D.C.? They seem to be doing very little. They want to just harp on Democrats’ failures, unable to come up with a plan on their own or worried they will distract from Biden’s disasters. So, Sen. Rick Scott is pushing a platform that is scaring the swamp.

From The Hill:

Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.), the chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), is pushing a bold but controversial agenda at a time when Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (Ky.) is not laying out a governing plan ahead of the midterm elections…

McConnell has consciously decided against laying out a governing agenda for the Senate if Republicans win back the majority this November. He wants to keep public attention on Biden, whose job approval rating has steadily fallen to 40 percent.

Sen. Scott is bucking Senate Republican leadership by pushing his “Rescue America.” Swamp-loving RINOs like Mitch McConnell are trying to discourage his plan, claiming Democrats can use that against them. But, oddly enough, McConnell is offering no plan of his own. All he is doing is trusting in Biden’s bad approval rating to win the day.

Does that sound like a leader with a strong vision that can unite voters? Of course, not. McConnell is playing an outdated game of politics, where you only win when the other guys lose. McConnell represents the old, failed GOP, that preferred to lose graciously while letting Democrats play dirty. But his lack of leadership raises more than a few eyebrows, forcing people to question his loyalty.

While Scott’s plan might not be the right one, at least he’s trying to do something in stagnant D.C. House Republicans are coming up with a clear vision for helping America. Perhaps that will be the better platform for all Republicans to rally around. But one thing is clear: it won’t be enough to rely on Biden’s failures.

Americans also need to know that Republicans will do better than Joe and Pelosi. They need to see that Republicans have a plan to correct inflation, fix the supply chain, secure the border, and defend our allies abroad.

The fact that McConnell refuses to do this is telling…

Key Takeaways:

  • Rick Scott is bucking GOP leadership to push his own “rescue” plan.
  • Mitch McConnell would rather focus on Biden’s ongoing failures and low approval.
  • McConnell is generally considered a RINO and anti-Trump Republican.
