In case you weren't aware, Obama's 'surburban zoning changes' that thank God, never hit hard, were to include all housing foreclosures underwritten/financed by the Federal government
This means that illegal aliens would be housed right next door or the house torn down and hi rise Section 8 housing built, no matter what zoning was before. In other words, the Fed govt takes total control
over zoning, not local elected govt anymore. I imagine that none will be built in 'protected areas', like Silicon Valley, NY city or Beverly Hills.
