What part of SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED is so difficult for so many to understand and obey????
Perhaps it is the words SHALL or NOT that confuses those INFRINGERS.
Definition of infringe
I have always thought that ANY law or rule that interferes with one's RIGHT to purchase, own, carry, use a firearm is an INFRINGEMENT. The unlawful USE of a firearm falls under a different law, IMHO.
The BUY-DEM regime is doing all they can to disarm Americans so they can easily take over this nation on behalf of the CCP (their financial owners). The known ties of this BUY-DEM regime to the CCP is bad enough but I have no doubt that there are much deeper and stronger TIES than the MSM has published.
But, the real bottom line of it all is the Spiritual war and we all know that the CCP is under the full control of the Servants of Satan - as is the BUY-DEM regime.
The recent mass sales of guns are all TRACKED with the buyers information so that they can be easily found and their weapons confiscated. That is due to the *background checks* in order to purchase a gun. That is another INFRINGEMENT to begin with. Criminals do not obey or comply with ANY LAWS so why write laws that only limit LAWFUL CITIZENS. To control and make slaves of them.

Second Amendment
In the 2008 case District of Columbia v. Heller, the Supreme Court held that the "Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home."
