A major cyber espionage attack has hit a number of U.S. federal agencies, including networks belonging to the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and Department of Energy (DOE), which are responsible for maintaining the country’s massive stockpile of nuclear weapons.
So is it Russia, is it China, perhaps a combination of the two?
At this point, no one really knows, but what we do know is that it's really bad.
Microsoft said they found evidence of the hacker attack on their own systems as well.
Something really big is about to break out, it has all the earmarks when taking everything that has been happening lately and adding it all together.
They have somehow hacked the NNSA to get at America's nukes, and the scary part is, they might actually have gained access deep enough to cause some real problems.
On Thursday, officials swiftly began coordinating notifications about the security breach to congressional oversight bodies.
Authorities were alarmed after suspicious activity was detected in a number of networks belonging to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) as well as the Sandia and Los Alamos national laboratories in New Mexico and Washington.
Networks belonging to the Office of Secure Transportation and Richland Field Office of the Department of Energy were also reportedly breached.
Officials close to the incident claim that hackers were able to do more damage at FERC than the other networks, according to the report.
Authorities have scoured the networks to ascertain how much data has been accessed or stolen, but officials are still largely in the dark about the extent to which government networks have been compromised.
The attackers gained access to SolarWinds software before updates of that software were made available to its customers.
Unsuspecting customers then downloaded a corrupted version of the software, which included a hidden back door that gave hackers access to the victim’s network.
This is what is called a supply-chain attack, meaning the pathway into the target networks relies on access to a supplier.
Supply-chain attacks require significant resources and sometimes years to execute.
They are almost always the product of a nation-state.
Evidence in the SolarWinds attack points to the Russian intelligence agency known as the S.V.R., whose tradecraft is among the most advanced in the world.
According to the report, officials at DOE could take weeks to understand how much damage was wrought by the attacks.

JUST IN FROM BLOOMBERG NEWS: President-elect Joe Biden’s transition team said the Pentagon, currently run by Trump loyalist Christopher Miller, has ceased briefing the incoming administration just a little over a month before inauguration.
Miller called it “a holiday pause.”
This new spat between the Trump administration and the [possible] new one comes as the U.S. scrambles to assess the damage done by the stunning attack on its computer systems, [see article above] allegedly by Russia.
Election 2020 update
President Trump won decisively.
There will be much more detail coming soon. It is sad that the courts in the swing states won’t take the cases or have hearings that would allow proof to be presented.
The hearings in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin were sponsored by the legislatures in area hotels.
It is apparent that the Supreme Court, the state courts and the legislatures are more fearful of the violence than standing for the truth.
Senator Johnson’s Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee post-election hearing Wednesday was a good start.
He asked to continue providing information.
Proof of fraud is still the path to victory.
I have been told we could hear something significant in 72 hours or sooner. They have forensic studies of the Dominion machines and other companies involved in the vote process, state fraud and much more.
Trump strategy
I have thought a few times how I would react if I lost an election that was corrupt and fraudulent— especially with so much riding on the outcome.
I would absolutely fight, which President Trump is certainly committed to doing. The consequences of the outcome are enormous.
There are a lot of rumours about insurrection, martial law and more aggressive action by President Trump. That would be the absolute final decision. I don’t see that being the needed course.
Congressman Mo Brooks (Republican -Alabama) [pictured above] is committed to challenging the election on January 6, and there is a real possibility he will get the needed support in the Senate from his friends Tommy Tuberville, Rand Paul, Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz and Mike Lee.
The Democrats tried this in 2001, 2009 and 2017 in the House but no senator would join them.
The Trump team has had three areas of focus:
1] Proof that votes were obtained from illegal voters, dead voters, unregistered voters and out-of-state voters.
2] The fraudulent tabulation of ballots through either the use of false ballots or multiple copies of the same ballot and more.
3] Fraud in the processing of ballots by Dominion Voting System machines. We have provided Kevin Freeman’s interview of Patrick Byrne.
Patrick has 30–40 people working full time on the forensic study of this.

In summary, the state’s legislatures in the swing states need to take up their rightful constitutional position by not certifying the Biden vote and honouring the Trump electors in each state.
Even stronger evidence is going to come forth.
There is also an increasing possibility that President Trump is going to select a special counsel to investigate the 2020 U.S. Presidential election. Ken Starr [pictured above] has been mentioned as a possible candidate.
There is also a chance that President Trump may select a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden’s China and other foreign dealings that could implicate Joe Biden and James Biden.

Biden’s alarming appointments
A Trump presidency would be substantially different from a Biden presidency.

The Hunter Biden [pictured below] allegations are finally gaining national attention after being suppressed by the mainstream media, former intel chiefs who called it Russian disinformation, and the U.S. Justice Department.
Politico reported in October that 50 former senior intelligence officials have signed on to a letter outlining their belief that the recent disclosure of emails allegedly belonging to Joe Biden’s son “has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”

The FDA experts committee voted 20-0 with one abstention Thursday night, December 17, that the benefits of the Moderna covid-19 vaccine outweighed its risks in people aged 18 and older.
Israel announced earlier that, with the first batch of 313,000 Pfizer vaccines in hand, its vaccination drive against Coronavirus begins on Sunday, December 20.
Medical personnel get the first shots, followed the next day by high-risk cases and persons over 60.
Pfizer has contracted to supply Israel with eight million doses, enough to inoculate 4 million with double shots a month apart. Half are due for delivery by the end of the month.
Israeli authorities are racing against the clock as Coronavirus infection figures threaten to veer out of control, making another round of stringent restrictions unavoidable amid rising popular resistance to shut-downs – especially of commerce.
Moderna will be Israel’s next supplier of the vaccine, after Pfizer, having committed to deliver six million does after Israel tripled its first order on December 6.

In an interview with the London-based Arabic Sharq al Awsat, Israeli Defence Minister Benny Gantz [pictured above] called on Mahmoud Abbas Wednesday to join the latest Arab-Israel peace train and not be left behind.
In his view, Israel must not return to the 1967 borders but conduct swaps of territory.
As for Jerusalem, the Kahol Lavan leader said: “Jerusalem should remain united – but there is room for a Palestinian capital.”

A member of Lebanese Hezbollah and 21 regime soldiers and loyalists killed in attacks and ambushes...
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented the death of a member of the Lebanese Hezbollah, as a result of his injuries sustained a few days ago in an attack by ISIS members on their positions in the Syrian desert.
The Syrian Observatory has documented earlier the death of three members of the “National Defence Forces” and the injury of seven others, following an attack by Islamic State cells targeted a bus carrying them on Al-Ethraya road, west of the city of Al-Tabaqa in western countryside of Raqqa province.
This brings the death toll over the last five days to 37 regime soldiers and loyalists, as well as members of the Islamic State, where 15 members of the Islamic State were killed, 21 regime soldiers and loyalists, and a member of the Lebanese Hezbollah militia.
Since 24th of March 2019, SOHR has documented the killing of at least 1,084 regime soldiers and loyalists of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, including at least two Russians, and 145 Iranian-backed militiamen of non-Syrian nationalities.
All were killed in attacks, bombings and ambushes by the “Islamic State”, west of Euphrates in the deserts of Deir Ezzor, Homs, and Al-Suwaidaa.

Capitalism met Roman Catholicism [classic Fascism] last week, as some of the world’s biggest business leaders announced a new partnership with Pope Francis.
The alliance, known as the Council for Inclusive Capitalism with the Vatican, aims to create a more inclusive, fair and sustainable economic landscape by taking pledges toward sustainable development goals focused on areas such as climate action, peace and justice, quality education and gender equality.
“An economic system that is fair, trustworthy, and capable of addressing the most profound challenges facing humanity and our planet is urgently needed,” Pope Francis said in a statement.
The Council comprises 27 core members known as the Guardians of Inclusive Capitalism, who represent companies with over $2.1 trillion in market capitalization and 200 million workers.
Members include Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan, Johnson & Johnson CEO Alex Gorsky, Salesforce CEO and founder Marc Benioff and Mastercard CEO Ajay Banga.
The Guardians will meet annually with Pope Francis and Cardinal Peter Turkson, leader of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development at the Vatican, to pursue their vision and values.
“The fact that different religions need to come together on all matters is just the crying need of the times in our world,” Banga said in the Council’s video introduction. “Faith cannot be used to pull us apart. Faith is meant to bring us together.”
The Council’s founding, spearheaded by Managing Partner of Inclusive Capital Partners Lynn Forester de Rothschild, [pictured above with friend] illustrates a collaborative effort of the environmental, social and governance-focused practices occurring in the economic landscape already.
Earlier this year, JPMorgan Chase announced that it would commit $30 billion to advance racial equality over the next five years while Apple and Microsoft unveiled plans to become carbon neutral and carbon negative, respectively, over the next 10 years.
