'1984' Scare Tactics in Biden’s Executive Order

In Biden’s newest Executive Order “Securing Access to Reproductive and Other Healthcare Services,” threatening mechanisms are introduced to dissuade physicians who seek to abide by laws established by the states in which they reside and work. Upon reading the words of the Executive Order and observing the plans of attack by the Biden-Harris administration, some may notice unmistakable similarities to the culture of fear established in George Orwell’s 1984 cautionary novel. Abortionists are now facing the possibility of felonies for violating state laws. But the Biden-Harris Administration is attempting to flip the narrative and cause fear to rest on the shoulders of law-abiding citizens.   Not only that, this week’s Executive Order mandates that American tax-payers fund abortion whether they want to or not. ICYMI: Why the Abortion Cartel Hates Constitutional Amendments: Why Kansans Must Vote YES tomorrow on Value Them Both Update: Amendment failed to pass Kansas is at the forefront of the abortion debate today. Why is that? After Roe v. Wade’s overturn, the fight is on the state level. In the past few weeks, judges in a number of states have blocked full bans on abortion after lawsuits claimed the laws violated the state constitution. We were warned before the Roe v. Wade decision was overturned in June that state judges would make this inaccurate claim, much like the U.S. Supreme Court Justices did more than 49 years ago concerning the U.S. Constitution.   In 2014, the people of Tennessee had the opportunity to vote on Amendment One – a constitutional amendment, aptly titled the No State Constitutional Right to Abortion and Legislative Power to Regulate Abortion Amendment. The amendment passed (53% to 47%), leaving no ambiguity concerning the absence of abortion in the state’s governing document, thereby removing the opportunity for misinterpreting or legislating from the bench based on a judge’s partialities.  Continue Reading!
