The Global Food Supply is Collapsing: Food Plants Exploding, Farms Set Ablaze, and Millions of Chickens are Being Killed

With all the *FOOD* issues being reported on I am reminded of how Pharaoh hardened his heart against God (as so many people in America have hardened their hearts against the Lord) and the many PLAGUES that took place until Pharaoh LET THE PEOPLE GO.  And then later how God provided food and drink for the freed Hebrews thru the wilderness.  Then how so many of the Hebrews complained about the food and wanted to return to Egypt to SLAVERY.  I see all this today in America.  There is nothing new under the sun.

Our Lord and our God, open our eyes. Speak to us. When we see Your judgments visited in the word, we would not be deaf with our ears or hard with our hearts. Cause our hearts to be soft to Your words, help us to see Your warnings and the flee to You. Help us to praise you as we see Your providence in the world, and Your sovereignty displayed. We ask that we would understand what this Word has to say for us about You, about Your purposes, and about our ultimate victory and assurance. These things we ask in Jesus' name, Amen.

The United States government once held vast grain reserves in silos across the country. By 2015 the US national grain reserves were basically completely wiped out. Reports say this was primarily due to globalization, and the 1996 abolishment of our national system of holding grain in reserve. In 2008, the USDA decided to liquidate what was left of the national grain reserves into its dollar equivalent.

The only problem is that the manufacturers of the global problem have to make the people desperate enough to accept their proposed solution. Making them hot during the summer, cold during the winter, and hungry year-round just might be enough.
