Alabama Abortion Biz is Sued for Bloody Botched Late-Term Abortion Like One that Killed a Woman There Last Year
Tuscaloosa, AL – An Alabama woman has filed a medical malpractice suit against the West Alabama Women’s Center (WAWC) abortion facility in Tuscaloosa and one of its abortionists, Tamer Middleton, after she endured a near-fatal botched second trimester abortion last December. 

Her complaint detailed her injuries that bear similarities to those that resulted in the death of WAWC patient April Lowery in May 2020.

ICYMI: Variance Denied to Ohio Late-Term Abortion Facility

Dayton, Ohio – The Women’s Med Dayton abortion facility has been the controversial subject of licensing issues for over eight years. Since September 2013, the notorious late-term abortion facility has struggled to comply with the state’s licensing requirement that abortion facilities maintain a valid Hospital Transfer Agreement, or an approved variance that would provide the same level of care as a Hospital Transfer Agreement.
