Update #228 Tuesday September 21, 2021
Great day Patriot,

Remember, we are a product of our habits.

Thought habits first (our habitual way of thinking and how we see ourselves)...

Then those turn into actions and action habits.

That is how most people get into what’s called a ‘rut’.

They have dug themselves into a hole of a certain type of life/results and don’t know how to get out of it.

Want to know the best way to get out of this self-inflicted hole?

Stop digging!

And with an action or thinking rut, the best solution is to do something different.

(I can assure you Tina Peters did something new, as you will see below)

Think in a different way for a change. Take some new action that’s different.

You could also do the process I share in the Tip of The Day below.
Have a look below to see more...

Cheers!

Today’s Tip
Tip of the day: Write out a list of qualities and aspects of reality that you would like to have! Imagine you were creating your own type of “comic book character” for yourself, your Ideal Self.

What qualities would that person have? Get as specific as you can and write out the qualities of your Ideal Self and be thankful for them.

“I am thankful I can imagine myself being the type of person that is ______” and fill in the blank.

I have been doing this process or some version of it almost everyday FOR YEARS! There are tremendous benefits that can come from doing this process everyday, even for only 5 or 10 minutes.
