Abortion is the slaughter of the innocent, yet we keep hearing "Safe, Legal and Rare."
That's the mantra of the abortion lobby to justify unrestricted abortion for the full nine months of pregnancy.
But they’re hiding the truth on all three counts.
Not even the pro-abortion national media has been able to cover up recurring news of severely injured women because of botched abortions.
For example, Planned Parenthood’s flagship abortion mill, the Margaret Sanger Center in Manhattan, botched one abortion so badly that the woman had to be rushed to the emergency room -- ironically just days before the anniversary of Roe v. Wade.
The woman’s face contorted in agony and her body curled into the fetal position as paramedics rolled her out of the abortion mill under a bright pink banner that read, “healthcare happens.”
But as the Margaret Sanger Center demonstrates, “healthcare” clearly isn’t what “happens” inside abortion mills.
What “happens” is abortionists dismembering babies and butchering their mothers.
In fact, just weeks after that first incident, the Margaret Sanger Center botched yet another abortion.
This time, the abortionist injured the woman so badly that the paramedics couldn’t even move her to the ambulance in her condition.
They spent nearly half an hour stabilizing her before finally carrying her to the ambulance with a black cloth over her head.
Then, just a few weeks after that, the abortion mill botched another abortion.
Then another, and another, and another...
In just six months, the Margaret Sanger abortion mill sent EIGHT mothers to the hospital.
Apparently the abortionists didn't get the memo about the "safe" part.
So what about that "legal" part then? Surely abortion mills follow the law?
Not even close.
Many of these abortion mills have not been inspected for years. Some -- never.
When they have, they show that they misread pregnancy tests, use expired drugs, ignore ultrasound laws that require a woman be given the option to view her preborn child in the womb, distribute controlled substances without physician authorization, have non-licensed employees perform abortions, just to name a few.
Is it any wonder that women show up at emergency rooms all across America with fevers, infections, and permanent damage after trusting their bodies to these hellish places?
The abortion industry insists that ONLY IT should police itself, but that has NEVER happened.
When they have already sunk so low as to justify killing innocent babies, it's hardly surprising that they wouldn't care about a few women dying here and there.
As for the "rare" part of the argument, that claim is soundly disproved by the 62 million abortions since the disastrous Roe v. Wade decision.
Over one million a year, more than 3,500 per day, and many more due to dangerous home abortion pills.
Hardly rare and likely only to get worse, until people of conscience prevail and overturn Roe v. Wade, and the butchers are out of business forever.
