Dear Conservatives,

For the last few months, we have sought to keep you updated, and engaged, in all the major legislative and administrative developments in our nation’s capital. In just a few short months we have seen Democrats in Congress continue their march left-ward at break-neck speed. They have passed legislation to fund abortion at record levels and hastened their efforts to erase religious liberty and destroy the family, all the while not letting up on their attempt to federalize elections and silence conservative donors and nonprofits.

We expect Senate Democrats to bring their latest attempt to nationalize elections and hurt free speech, S 2093, up for a vote this afternoon. The time to act is now.

Please contact your senators today and tell them to oppose S 2093! This bill would do immense damage to our freedom of speech, freedom of association, and election integrity.

We have contacted you before about HR 1/ S 1. This bill is the Democrats’ new substitute for HR 1/S 1 (the Corrupt Politicians Act) but is virtually identical. It even contains the same religious test for certain redistricting commissions.

Ironically, while claiming to help “election integrity,” S 2093 would dramatically increase donor disclosure requirements, severely limiting the ability of non-profit organizations and the individuals who support them to engage in public debate on important issues, including abortion and religious liberty. It would effectively put a target on the backs of those who refuse to bow to cancel culture.

S 2093 is also a federal power grab that cripples states’ ability to run elections and increases the likelihood of voter fraud. It would hamper states’ ability to determine voters’ qualifications, ensure the accuracy of voter registration rolls, and determine the district boundary lines for electing their representatives. It would also permit online voter registration that is not tied to an existing state record such as a driver’s license. These examples are just the tip of the iceberg!

Please contact your senators today and tell them to oppose S 2093.
