My Compliments Sir,
Before I answer your question, you MUST first remember that the Washington government has had 155 years in which they have transitioned themselves from a
LIMITED CENTRAL government into that of a NATIONAL UNLIMITED government.
The STATES, therefore, are NOT in their ORIGINAL POSITION possessing the RIGHTS they were guaranteed PRIOR to the Civil War and therefore, ANY UNDERTAKING moving forward, requires a thorough knowledge of WHAT EXISTED before hand vs. those ‘Laws’ that were written AFTERWARDS via RECONSTRUCTION that ALTERED the disposition of
America’s Original Composition.
- Point # 1- However, the issue of Secession has NEVER been adjudicated in court with respect to the Original Union being VOLUNTARY.
- Point # 2- Do you think the colonies would have ever ceded Their Independent Sovereignty after winning a Revolution from England and blindly surrendering it to an
UNLIMITED NATIONAL government? - Point # 3- The Union, obviously, was ALWAYS intended to be VOLUNTARY and the 10th Amendment is a testament to that.
It would be ridiculous to think that any former Colony would have agreed to a compact that EXCLUDED A ‘BACK DOOR’ clause from which to exit should their Independent Sovereignty ever become jeopardized via a Central Power knowing full well that the FOUNDERS NEVER TRUSTED government to begin with. - Point # 4- Each of the Southern States who seceded did NOT do so ‘willy-nilly’.
There was Legal Procedures that were First required:
- Each State Legislature had to put before the People in Their Respective State, who they were RESPONSIBLE TO and NOT the Central government of that time, Letters of Secession that were drafted from which the PEOPLE VOTED on as to whether or NOT they would stay or go.
- Each State’s citizenry overwhelmingly VOTED to leave because they viewed the Compact that WAS ORIGINALLY AGREED to by ALL, WITH RESPECT TO A LIMITED CENTRAL government, as being CLEARLY BROKEN.
3. The Northern States had a majority of States & were using their collective power to
OVER-RIDE the Independence of the lesser number of Southern States using the
CENTRAL Government as a Source in which to do so that would benefit Their collective needs and pay for their cardinal mistakes.
YOU are seeing the EXACT SAME THING TODAY with respect to the RED STATES PAYING THE EXTORTION IMPOSED UPON THEM VIA THIS NATIONAL government, using THEIR TAX SYSTEM to pay for the Failed IDEOLOGY of the BLUE STATES.
And that is why we say it is 1860 AGAIN!
The Times may have changed but the Manner of SCREWING us has NOT!
Point # 5- Do YOU now understand what Ben Franklin meant when he said: “Once the People (or those in power I would add), realize that they can VOTE THEMSELVES FAVORS, it will HERALD the END of the REPUBLIC.” ?
In 2000 and before Bush II took office the 'FEDERAL' DEFICIT was $ 3 ½ Trillion Dollars. He ran the ‘FAVORS’ up to $ 10 Trillion by the time he left & in 2008 and OBAMA ran the FAVOR SYSTEM up to $ 20 TRILLION by the time his Socialist ‘Pantry’ was filled and Biden, if he gets the money he wants for Bernie’s Green New Deal Fiasco, will be sitting somewhere around $ 35 Trillion Dollars.
Today the ANNUAL Federal Budget, ANNUAL, is about $ 5 TRILLION DOLLARS to pay for Their Illegal House of Cards when only 20 years ago, as noted, the National Deficit was
$3 ½ Trillion dollars … and that was the Country’s ‘national’ deficit!
We are collapsing in of our own weight and EVERYONE OWNS US & “THOSE PEOPLE” in Washington and their District of Criminals (DC) ALL HAVE A SLICE OF THE PIE.
Point # 6- We are BROKE and when ANY country is as BROKE as we who is allowing & supporting the INSANITY we are ALL witnessing that continues unabashedly, what do YOU think the next ‘step/consequence’ in “Those Peoples’ Political equation is?
Need I really explain that aspect?
We Confederates ASK: WHICH COUNTRY?
The Original One or the One that Lincoln and his merry band of Marxists created after their Illegal War?
Point # 8- Our position is simple- We do NOT need to ‘re-secede’ as we remain a Subjugated Country & People- We have already seceded.
We are The Confederate States of America, under a Confederate Constitution (that ALL should read).
Might does NOT make Right nor does an Illegal Invasion dispose our Rights & Independence because a DeFacto Government occupying our Country says so!
Our LEGAL DeJure government has literally been in exile ever since and thru our respective Legislatures we MUST RE-SEAT OUR Government at ONCE!
This IS ACCOMPLISHABLE as the LAWS that existed prior to 1860 that were subscribed to by Each of the Original States have NEVER, as noted, been adjudicated since the
Civil War concluded.
Are you aware of that?
However, as this MUST be noted as well- The current Judicial System is compromised. We do NOT expect that any attempt to move LEGALLY FORWARD in this manner would be entertained by ‘’Those People”.
You have witnessed what they did to a sitting President.(Trump)
Therefore, the States, (our States) would probably have to exit & DECLARE THEMSELVES as States of our Original CONFEDERATION which, by the way, was originally what America was when we WON OUR FREEDOM from England.
That brings me to the final point…
Point # 9- Other STATES, should they wish to Join Us…. And I am going to make assumptions at this point, would have to:
a) Have their State Legislatures draft Letters of Secession as did we.
b) Now whether or not that proves fruitless remains to be seen but I would think it is a necessary measure nonetheless.
c) In all probability, they will be confronted by a malcontented NATIONAL Government BUT… and THIS IS WHERE YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE COMES IN JOE-
d) A clarion call among the people must arise AS one AS IN…. all FOR ONE and ONE for ALL!
e) The REPUBLIC has been Dead for decades.
Some will probably never come to accept this but the TRUTH, although hard to ‘digest’ at times, remains the TRUTH nevertheless.
And as it has been said: “The TRUTH is what Shall Set Us Free!”
Unless we galvanize as ONE, recognizing & respecting one another’s Sovereignty & Independence, we are DOOMED!
If Washington continues to PAINT THIS COUNTRY WITH THE SAME BRUSH, less themselves of course, what do YOU think, again, the end result will be?....
YOU are seeing our ‘Diagnosis’ that we made decades ago as to what WOULD COME ….. and has it NOT?
Our Confederate Society has been ringing the Warning Bell ever since 1992 but human nature, unfortunately, has too often REPEAT HISTORY to LEARN
what they have lost resulting in tyranny as World History has shown us.
“Those People” control EVERY ASPECT of OUR LIVES today via Their Mandates and Socialized Laws disguised as Fairness and Equality.
I sincerely hope this explanation ,as to your question, suffices.
As far as We Confederates are concerned having experienced “Those Peoples’ ‘rodeo’ once before- there is NO alternative other than to go ‘Back to the Future’, pick up from where “Those People” left us for dead, and get the hell outa Dodge before it’s TOO LATE!
