What’s is amazing is how little most republicans and conservatives know about Mitch McConnell’s business interest in the Chinese government, CHICOM military and other business dealings. Besides being a pedigree Machiavellian swamp creature who has ascended to his current position via cronyism, he owes a lot of political and financial capital in maintaining good relations with the CHICOMS. He is owned in many ways like Beijing Biden by Chinese globalists interests.
For a thorough study on McConnell’s China connections, I recommend reading author Peter Schweizer’s, “Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends.”
The following are just a few McConnell CHICOM connections:
Just 10 days after Trump’s victory and “In a panic” following the election victory of Donald Trump, China appointed Angela Chao, the sister-in-law of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, to the Bank of China’s board of directors.
Angela Chao and McConnell’s father-in-law, Dr. James Si-Cheng Chao (founder in 1964 of Foremost Maritime (Group), LLC), also sit on the board of the China State Shipbuilding Corporation, which is the largest defense contractor in China. Foremost chair and CEO since 2008 is Angela Chao, the sixth daughter of the company's founders.
Mitch and his Taiwanese born wife, Elaine Chao, have received between $5-$25 million in gifts from father-in-law (Dr. James Chao), who is a naturalized Chinese American.
Dr. James Chao, McConnell’s father-in-law is the founder of the largest US based shipping maritime company Foremost Maritime, LLC or Foremost Group. Elaine Chao, former Transportation Secretary under Trump, in her cabinet position did not ADD American built ships to the inventory of Foremost Group’s 33 ships. They are all built in CHICOM shipyards or Japanese yards. Americans do not man these ships and most of the business is with CHICOMS--72 percent of its freight is shipped to China.
The Foremost Group is a privately held, family-run shipping company based in New York City, with subsidiaries registered in the Marshall Islands. It operates globally, chartering vessels to companies in the dry bulk shipping industry, and its fleet includes some of the world's largest "capesize" bulk carriers, with a focus on environmentally friendly operations. Its clients include Bunge, Cargill, and Louis Dreyfus.
Most of Foremost ships are built by China State Shipbuilding, some of them financed by loans from the state-owned Export-Import Bank of China. In 2015, Foremost began construction of the first freighter jointly financed by banks in both the People's Republic of China and Taiwan. Foremost ships are registered under the flags of Liberia and Hong Kong. Iron ore is one of its principle cargoes. 72 percent of its freight is shipped to China, with its ships operating primarily in the region of Korea to Australia, but also world-wide.
Early in its history, Foremost shipped rice to Vietnam under contract with the U.S. government during the Vietnam War. The United Nations contracted with Foremost to deliver humanitarian cargo to Bangladesh during its war for independence in 1971.From 2012 to 2019 its fleet grew from 17 to 33 ships, valued at $1.2 billion, the most valuable of any dry bulk shipper headquartered in the United States. Foremost ordered the construction of 10 bulk cargo vessels in 2017 and 2018, the majority from Japanese shipyards.
BYE BYE KENTUCKY. McConnell’s Campaign Funding Fueled by Chao Family Fortune as Chao Influence Grows in China & McConnell’s Influence Grows in the U.S.
It was at this time that Elaine Chao was rising in prominence as a champion fundraiser, winning a position in the George H.W. Bush Administration. The South China Morning Post goes on, “... Her [Elaine Chao’s] social ties with Mr. McConnell deepened and contributions started flowing from the Chao family and associates to his campaign coffers. The senator had started to shift from a hawkish stance aligned with arch-conservative Foreign Relations Committee chairman Jesse Helms to more moderate positions. After the 1994 senatorial elections, Mr. McConnell took over the helm of the influential foreign-operations and export-financing subcommittee of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee. It was a role which proved a magnet for future corporate donations from members of the US-China Business Council...”
Nothing in this connection is illegal under current US laws-but it is corruption and use of McConnell’s position to influence US Chinese policy. This behavior falls under-“How American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends. Good ole Mitch and Elaine have travelled to China several times as both guest and political representatives. It is impossible to separate what part of these junkets were for the good of US business and what was good for Mitch’s pocket book! It is a matter of record that Mitch is soft on China!!
In 2014, Colombian authorities discovered around 90 pounds of cocaine on the Ping May, a cargo ship owned by the Foremost Group. However, no one has ever alleged that this apparent smuggling operation was run by the company itself, let alone that McConnell or his wife, former Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao, had any involvement.

Elaine Chao joined the Trump administration as secretary of transportation in January 2017, having previously served as secretary of labor under George W. Bush, where she was criticized for shifting away from the agency’s enforcement practices. While at the Department of Transportation (DOT), Chao’s prioritization of Kentucky interests and potential involvement in her family’s international shipping business has drawn concerns of favoritism and unchecked conflicts of interest.
Just more accepted Swamp behavior in many areas of course!

Donald J. Trump has issued a statement blasting now Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell for his behavior during the Senate impeachment trial that saw the former president acquitted.
After voting to acquit Trump, McConnell insinuated there was more that could be done to punish the ex-president for the charges the Senate could not prove to a two-thirds majority. Trump has now issued the following blistering response to McConnell.
“The Republican Party can never again be respected or strong with political ‘leaders’ like Sen. Mitch McConnell at its helm,” Trump’s statement began.
“McConnell’s dedication to business as usual, status quo policies, together with his lack of political insight, wisdom, skill, and pesonality has rapidly driven him from Majority Leader to Minority Leader, and it will only get worse,” Trump continued. “The Democrats and Chuck Schumer play McConnell like a fiddle — they never had it so good — and they want to keep it that way!”
“We know our America First agenda is a winner, not McConnell’s Beltway First agenda or Biden’s America Last,” he added.
“In 2020, I received the most votes of any sitting President in history, almost 75,000,000,” he went on. “Every incumbent House Republican won for the first time in decades, and we flipped 15 seats, almost costing Nancy Pelosi her job. Republicans won majorities in at least 59 of the 98 partisan legislative chambers, and the Democrats failed to flip a single legislative chamber from red to blue. And in ‘Mitch’s Senate,’ over the last two election cycles, I single-handedly saved at least 12 Senate seats, more than eight in the 2020 cycle alone—and then came the Georgia disaster, where we should have won both U.S. Senate seats, but McConnell matched the Democrat offer of $2,000 stimulus checks with $600.
How does that work?”
“It became the Democrats’ principal advertisement, and a big winner for them it was. McConnell then put himself, one of the most unpopular politicians in the United States, into the advertisements,” it went on. “Many Republicans in Georgia voted Democrat, or just didn’t vote, because of their anguish at their inept Governor, Brian Kemp, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, and the Republican Party, for not doing its job on Election Integrity during the 2020 Presidential race.”
“It was a complete disaster in Georgia, and certain other states. McConnell did nothing, and will never do what needs to be done in order to secure a fair and just electoral system in the future. He doesn’t have what it takes, never did, and never will,” Trump added.
“My only regret is that McConnell ‘begged’ for my strong support and endorsement before the great people of Kentucky in the 2020 election, and I gave it to him. He went from one point down to 20 points up, and won. How quickly he forgets. Without my endorsement, McConnell would have lost, and lost badly. Now, his numbers are lower than ever before, he is destroying the Republican side of the Senate, and in doing, seriously hurting our Country.”
“Likewise, McConnell has no credibility on China because of his family’s substantial Chinese business holdings,” it went on. “He does nothing on this tremendous economic and military threat.”
“Mitch is a dour, sullen, and unsmiling political hack, and if Republican Senators are going to stay with him, they will not win again. He will never do what needs to be done, or what is right for our Country. Where necessary and appropriate, I will back primary rivals who espouse Making America Great Again and our policy of America First. We want brilliant, strong, thoughtful and compassionate leadership,” it continued.
“Prior to the pandemic, we produced the greatest economy and jobs numbers in the history of our Country, and likewsise, our economic recovery after COVID was the best in the world. We cut taxes and regulations, rebuilt our military, took care of our Vets, became energy independent, built the wall and stopped the massive inflow of illegals into our Country, and so much more. And now, illegals are pouring in, pipelines are being stopped, taxes will be going up, and we will no longer be energy independent.”
“This is a big moment for our country, and we cannot let it pass by using third rate ‘leaders’ to dictate our future!” it concluded.
